I understand when you're busy it is hard, but when you've waited over and hour for a medi and full set and people who walked in after you are immediately seated is unacceptable. I had to soak my nails and not one time while I was soaking did they check on me. My friend was nearly done with her pedi. They finally came to check on me because I had got up from soaking my nails and sat with my friend. I walked out with out getting anything done and had literally been there for three hours.
