Sherrell is the best person I've had doing my waxes EVER! She's gentle (if you can be gentle when giving a wax), yet quick. She's knowledgeable about the products provided and she always has me laughing during my wax (which helps because it hurts, ya know?!) I prefer Waxing the City over other establishments. The wax they use is better and less harsh on my skin. I always get in and out in a reasonable time, and the customer service from the moment I walk in, to the minute I walk out, is always impeccable. In the past year, they moved to their own separate office building now, which is nice because it's easier to find their office and there is plenty of parking in the area. It's not even that much further down from their previous office building that they were in. Drew makes me feel so comfortable every time I come in. First of all, getting waxing done in general already feels uncomfortable and usually hurts quite a bit (if you have a low pain tolerance like me), but I feel like the time goes by so fast every time I come here. My appointments normally are about 15-20 minutes long, which doesn't feel like it at all. Drew is so easy to talk to, and I love catching up with her every time I come in. The technique that she uses also doesn't really hurt as bad compared to other waxing places I've been to before.
