I thought it would be slammed packed since that's what I was already used to. But no, we were greeted with smiling faces and seated quickly. They asked our names and it felt welcoming and personal. I have even brought my dad here for a pedicure and the next time they asked where he was. That was great that they remembered who we were. They took their time, even when a small wave of people came in for services. They never made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. They always made sure we were happy with what we were getting. One person does both my shellac and pedicure, which I like. I have had some bad experiences with being handed off to other techs for different services, but not here. They are very kind. This place I would recommend. I have yet to have a bad experience. YAY!

Pricing was given only after my pedicure had already begun, which made me feel obligated to continue even though I was uncomfortable with the timing. Because I had to leave for childcare pickup, I paid $50 and left with my acrylics removed and no polish on my pedicure. To be honest, my feet now feel rough, almost like sandpaper, which is what ultimately pushed me to leave this review. I wasn't planning to return regardless, but the unfinished and poor-quality pedicure made it hard to just let this go. Clear communication, upfront pricing, and respect for customers' time are basic expectations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I won't be returning.

Both technicians were pleasant, although they repeatedly tried to upsell additional services, which I politely declined. My powder full set is normally $45, but today I was charged $48. When I asked if prices had increased, the cashier said no. I received a 10% discount and redeemed 260 reward points for an additional $10 off, totaling $17 in discounts. Later, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed a $3 charge for "extra length." I was confused because my nails were only slightly longer than usual. I called the salon, and the employee explained that the charge was because my nails were considered long. I told her I wasn't looking for a refund, but I would stop by so she could see the length in person. When I returned, she again stated that my nails were long enough to justify the extra charge. I didn't argue, but I let her know I would be sharing my experience in a review. This is not my first issue with the salon. On Christmas Eve, Sam (one of the twins) did my nails, and the results were very poor. Instead of properly fixing the problem, he tried covering it with a sticker. I paid and left because I was too frustrated to deal with it that day. The day after Christmas, I returned and another technician corrected the work. The experience felt personal because Sam had done my nails before, and while my tips may not be huge, I always tip.
