The experience was disappointing. The staff did not make the visit feel fun or welcoming for the children, which took away from what should have been a special experience. The "fairy hair" application itself was problematic. The girls complained that the application was painful. Only one wrap was used, and each strand appeared to be attached to very few hairs. By the next day, roughly half of the strands had fallen out. When we raised this concern, the staff member responded dismissively and blamed my niece rather than offering to fix or replace the fairy hair. Given our prior experience with fairy hair from other stylists, where it typically lasts well over a month, we were surprised and disappointed that this application did not last even a full day.
