Once she started doing my nails I noticed that the shape she was giving my nails was something not of my preference so I told the lady in a respectful way that I wanted a different shape. She responded with a sudden outburst (raising her voice). Even the nail tech next to us looked at her. She continued to do my nails and at the end, I noticed she put the pink base in just one hand... Because of me not feeling comfortable telling the nail tech I told the manager. I tell her my concern in private, telling her just the fact that the nail tech might've forgotten to put the pink base on my other hand and her response was that she wasn't seen it and that both hands were the same... I truly felt almost gaslighted. I felt disheartened... As you can see in the right nail the lunula (semi-circle at the bottom of the nail) is clearly showing and looks more pale.

I was being helped by Xavier in purchasing a small gift set when he found out it was my birthday. Once he found out, he gave me several brand new full size products that were expiring in 8 months (lush stocks items that expire within 12 months so the customer has more time to enjoy the product). He did not have to do any of this but he treated me so sweetly just because it was my birthday. It was an incredibly kind gesture on his part and I really appreciate it.
