We booked a same day massage here because we had to change flights to make our cruise on time (JetBlue delays). Turned out to be an amazing error in our favor - we did an 80 minute couples massage and it was phenomenal. Michael and Jarina took incredible care of us and set us up for a week of relaxation and much needed rest. My hands were trash when I walked in - she offered ideas, was incredibly patient with me, gentle in her approach, kind, and I left with a beautiful French set. Stunning!! Alexis and Valeria were professional, quiet and amazing, hands down the BEST 4 hand I have ever had, they were the perfect synchronized dúo and to my big surprise, even though they were experienced with 4 hand massages, I was the first massage they gave together, I was shocked. Most people have no idea what a 4 hand massage is and is even harder to find places that offer them as a listed service, so when I saw it listed on their menu, I was sold. Is NOTHING naughty, is just non-stop massage, for example someone massages your shoulders while the other person massages your legs or one person massages one side while the other massages the other, is continued blizz. Before picking Euphoria, I searched for a specific outdoor massage for days and asked PR connections for help unsuccessfully, which oddly enough are very hard to find in many places, so I had to settle for an indoor one at Euphoria because they had good rating, were close by and they offered a 4 hand, but I learned Coming this year, they will offer roof top massages, permits are in the works already. My BFF who had never had a massage in her life and has a disability was massaged by Kianna and she mentioned that she was also great, professional and focused a lot on the "medical" benefits of her having a massage and used techniques that helped her tons. Giselle at Reception was courteous, detailed and very professional. The owner stopped in as we left and I noticed she was super attentive to detail at her spa and very pleasant. They offer a lot of services, but they are not a full day lounging type of spa. Oh and don't be discouraged by the outside of the building, their suite is very nice. A lot of the big hotels offer spa services and I do those commonly, but at the end of the day, if ever back in San Juan, Euphoria will be on my list for sure. I have visited the shop three times in the last month. I had a pedicure with Lanimaie, which was good-I like the chairs with a massage which they do not have. I had a dipping powder manicure that lasted only two days before chipping everywhere. The color was off within five days. When I called and spoke to Giselle, she was very understanding and we determined it was a new product. I returned on 28 November after two weeks of traveling and Cenalic did a fantastic job on the redo of the dipping powder in a different color. It's been two weeks and my nails still look fantastic.
