U-Haul set me back 5 hours I could have spent packing and getting out of my house. When I picked up at this location, I got absolutely NO help hooking the trailer up and ensuring it was done properly. Bottom line, I reserved this trailer for 9:00am and I didn't get a trailer until 1:30pm with no discount what so ever for my inconvenience.

When I arrived, after traveling 5 hours from Newberry, FL, I was told there was no one to help me hook up the trailer and I would have to go down the road to the next Uhaul dealer. I went to the next Uhaul 1 mile west. They had no trailers that would accommodate my needs. But the proprietor was extremely helpful. She called several Uhaul dealers in the area. None were close enough. So she was so gracious to follow me to the 16080 Hwy 20 dealer and helped me hitch the trailer. I then went inside to pay the dealer which took me more than 25 minutes while he waited on store customers while gathering the details of my reservation. It is my opinion, that if a Uhaul dealer is to represent Uhaul, I should have been a priority when checking out and I should have been informed prior to pick up that there would be no one to help! What should have taken 20 mins. took 90 mins. Bad Business!

The lady I spoke too, Andrea, was beyond nice. I was stoked to see our home goods were going to be in a safe place. A few reasons why I picked this one is it's right out the back gate of Hurlburt Field, it's gated, you need a code to open it, they have a waived fee rental truck you could use, and the price was a steal. Very responsive, flexible and helpful. This new company is TERRIBLE. Payment plans are a pain. Almost worse then trying to get ahold of a person to talk to. I have never a payment over the years, but they act like im a hobo looking for a shed to crash in. I am actively looking for a new facility to store my items. Look elsewhere.
