After taking my friend' order, I also asked her for an orange juice, which she brought right away. Probably the only positive thing I can say about this entire experience. We waited patiently for our food, and I noticed that all the other customers who ordered phô had received a plate of fresh vegetables, which is customary, yet I hadn't received anything. When the food finally arrived, my friend politely asked her for more of the hoisin sauce because our bottle was practically empty. She scolded my friend and said that the sauce was only for phô dishes and she would bring more sauce once we used it all. So that's exactly what I did. No surprise she never returned with more sauce or a new bottle. We began eating and as I pulled the meat out of the bowl, I noticed a hair sandwiched between the layers of beef.
