He got my physical therapy approved when work comp stopped approving sessions. I am not the executor so I am guessing (since they never called me back) that they do not feel the requirement to respond. They have now sent me a legal document to sign to sell my father's home. I asked them to call me back and still nothing. I guess we are now in a legal game of chicken to see who can not respond the longest. Update: They did email me a copy of the filing of my father's will which I forwarded to another local lawyer I am retaining to assist me. Then I received a call which I would say sounded kinda smarmy that they could not communicate with me since I had a lawyer. My advice remains the same. Go with a lawyer who communicates and follows up on phone calls which is not this firm.
