My appointment started nearly 20 minutes late. When we went in for the body polish the table was dirty and had to be reset, and the service wasn't explained beforehand, which was uncomfortable going in blind as a first-time client. She also had me touch the tan on my body during the service, which you should never do, and it left spray tan all over my palms. I did not have my palms or nails wiped off at the end either. When I brought it her attention upon leaving (as well as other white spots all over my hands) she sprayed more, which I think ended up making it worse. She tried wiping off my palms at that point, but they were already stained. I paid over $80 total -- which is higher than other studios in Scottsdale, and I have never had a bad experience anywhere else. I still left orange and splotchy with the polish and primer add-ons -- photos attached. The girl who did my tan was nice, but maybe less experienced and appeared to be managing the whole studio on her own. When I reached out, the response was "sorry that you were unhappy with your service" -- but this wasn't about being unhappy, it was a service that wasn't done correctly. It feels like I'm being treated like I did something wrong. I was told I needed to come back in for them to review what happened, which would have required me to leave work early, and that since I hadn't done that I wasn't eligible for a refund. They did offer a free tan as a "gesture of goodwill", but I don't have confidence anything would be different next time. When a tan is orange and patchy, the only solution is to remove it and redo once the old tan is gone -- not go back for more. I'll be trying somewhere else. I ended up having to buy tan remover, a remover mitt and went in the pool several times to try to remove the solution and it's still stuck on there over a week later. I wanted to love this place as it's close to home. I hope they use this feedback to improve the new client experience. If someone turns down a free service, that might be worth reflecting on.

My husband and I have had several facials with Lindsey. She is great. She is personable, and she knows how to make skin look great. We always leave feeling refreshed and with a new glow. She is very knowledgeable and can and does help with any problems that your skin might be having. Wasted $200.00 TLDR: Forgotten about after I paid. Never got…read moreto speak to the NP about my blood test results after multiple follow-up attempts. I'm 41 and started experiencing extreme fatigue/tiredness that did not resolve after 4-6 weeks. It was so bad it was interfering with my career and day-to-day activities. I have no major health issues so after some research, I reached out to my PCP, a therapist for possible depression, and the NP at Scottsdale Skin & Hollistic Health to explore IV therapy or HRT for possible peri-menopause/hormone imbalance. Side Note: I had recently started taking Effexor for anxiety and despite fatigue being a possible side effect, I did not attribute my fatigue to the Effexor given how extreme my fatigue was. I had trialed Lexapro for anxiety about 1-1.5 years prior and stopped taking it after about 6 months due to some very mild fatigue and an insatiable appetite. My current level of fatigue was so far beyond what I experienced while taking Lexapro that the Effexor didn't even cross my mind as a possible cause. Met with the NP at Scottsdale Skin & Hollistic Health on 11.28.25. Explained what I was experiencing and what I wanted to explore as possible solutions. She asked me all the questions you'd expect to be asked. A little more than 1/2 way through the consult she legit asks me "what are you expecting to get out of this meeting?". What?!? and then proceeds to tell me to stop eating carbs during the day to see if that helps. At the end of the consult she orders some bloodwork. At no point did she tell me that I needed to be fasted. Her assistant told me to text her when I had I gotten my blood drawn at a nearby lab and she would stay on top of them until my results were available. The lab near my house has the exact same hours as my work schedule and is not open on the weekends. I go during my lunch one day and wait over 30 minutes only to find out I need to be fasted. Finally make it back to the lab on 12.19 and have my blood drawn. 12.19.25: 1st text to SS&HH 12.26.25: 2nd text to SS&HH 01.07.26: 3rd text to SS&HH 01.07.26: Someone calls me apologetically and promises they won't forget about me and said they wrote my name on a giant sticky note 01.15.26: Nothing ... I did give them over an hours notice that I would be writing this review After speaking with my PCP, it turns out the Effexor was the culprit. I switched to taking it at 2:00pm and my daytime fatigue completely resolved AND I'm still eating all the yummy carbs I have been for years w/ 0 issues. I don't think they saw $$$$ from me as a potential client and wrote me off. UPDATE: Their office manager called me after I started posting reviews. I got a load of excuses. You were texting us during our busy season, we weren't staffed during the holidays, the NP has been out of the country, our system auto-prioritizes messages, and finally, the last time you text us was only a week ago. LOL! How many times can you tell someone they're not a priority?? At some point, she asked if there was anything they could do to resolve the issue. By then, the conversation had derailed a bit. I flippantly said they can return my $200.00 and then went on to explain that I did not need or want anything from their office. I wasn't being serious about the $200.00, but she assured me I was not getting my $200.00 back! Keep it!

This particular day I signed on for full face filler. I'm going to be 49 and wanted to embrace the process. I'm a Mom who works at her kids school and of course puts everyone's needs before her own so in normal day to day life, I tend to spend more on my kids than myself. With that being said there is no one else I would trust to inject and certainly not after learning and listening to all of the education! When you're a model you get to hang out all day and basically take the class with them, until they are ready to inject. I'm not naive to the injecting process (I've worked in the spa industry, dermatology offices etc) but I was naive to what injectors have to know!!!!!!! I'll admit I'm the girl in her 20s etc that would buy the Groupon to save money. With age usually comes wisdom.. and the wisdom I gained in this experience about how much thought you should give to your injector was mind blowing. To hear, all of the things they have to consider, know, have knowledge in?? To take this artery, this vein, this bone structure etc into consideration. Inject with your patients eyes open (to stay in contact with them) because if there is any vision changes you have 45 mins to restore vision if vision is lost...... It scared me. But scared me in a way where I also felt comfort. Knowing I was in Jennifer's chair and the trust I have in her. I felt compelled to write a lengthy review on how everyone should give serious thought to who is behind the needle or cannula. There are many things that could go wrong and you should question the integrity of your provider, their knowledge and the products they use. In today's world it's a fact that people "cut corners". Do you want an injector who "cuts corners" or do you want the best? The best being Jennifer and I'm sure the knowledge she passes on to her team! It's a no brainer for me
