I also needed the wrought iron gate in my front yard to be repaired. EF gave me a free consultation and a very affordable quote. They accept a broad range of payment methods. I made a 50% deposit to initiate the job and then they completed the work promptly and professionally. The two fences were completed in one day. Then the gate was repaired on another day. I'm very pleased with the workmanship quality. EF provided me with warranties for all work performed. Their staff is very friendly and responsive. So far I'm not thrilled with my experience with this company. I had 3 companies come to my home for a consultation and I went with Energy Fencing because I got good vibes, the guy that I dealt with (Kenny) was confident in their work, and made me feel like going with them would be the best decision. So going off that and the research I did prior, I decided to say yes and get started. The very next day, they came and took measurements and let me know they would come and remove the fence and get going in a couple of days. Since they'd be working in tandem with my other contractor who was doing work in the front yard, I made sure to time what needed to be done based on the schedule I was given. They were supposed to come and start removing the fence on Friday, 8/13, but called to reschedule because it was very hot that day and his workers had called out. I was very frustrated because I timed everything so that their team and my other contractors wouldn't be working on top of each other. Also, if they didn't remove the old fence, that would delay my other contractor from getting started so I was very upset, which Kenny sensed and found a way for 2 of his workers to come and remove the fence. They ran into some problems, but coordinated with my contractor to fix what needed to be fixed. I was pretty upset because the beam they were going to put the new post into was literally falling apart and breaking down. Anyone with eyes could see that it would need to be replaced. When I mentioned this to them, I was told that "they don't do that". I understand if this isn't something they could fix, however, the fact that they weren't going to say anything to me about getting it fixed first was mind boggling. I took pictures and will show you guys the state of this beam. I was quite shocked at this and it made me question the quality of work. Thank the lord for my contractor Cheema because he was able to buy the materials and fix the beam and sides of the house for the new fencing. An unexpected cost, but desperately needed in order to ensure our safety. I had to delay the fence work being done until Cheema finished with the front, but the guys did come in order to install the posts for where the fence would be. That was done without issue and Cheema was able to finish the work. However, some guys came back a couple of days ago in order to install a couple more posts and they damaged some pavers in the front with the cement they used to keep the posts in place. It was clear to see that they didn't have much regard for the work that was just done and didn't take much care in laying the cement. I was pissed off because the front yard was barely done and already ruined. I called Kenny very upset and explained what his guys did and he tried to reassure me that they would fix it, but with the pavers being freshly installed and the cement having dried, my contractor explained that there wasn't much that could be done to fix this, without inflicting damage to the pavers. He spoke with my contractor and pleaded with him to find a way to fix it, which I didn't think was fair since this was not his responsibility! Of course, being the nice guy Cheema is, he agreed to try his best to fix it. Right now, I'm giving them 2 stars, but am anxiously waiting to see how the actual work turns out. I will report back and update my review then. read more

Had a very fast and positive chain link project experience with Kenny and Energy Fencing this week. He responded to my request for a quote quickly, came on time (early really) for the quote, quoted me a good price, scheduled the install quickly, came on time with a small army of friendly, very hard working gentlemen, did a great job, and cleaned up after. There was even an instance where the team made a judgement call that totally made sense but wasn't what I wanted and they were super cool about redoing it (including the concrete they had poured) without any complaint at all, and they didn't even phone home to the boss to talk it over with him. It was incredibly important for me to put a fence to make my backyard more private, since we've been spending so much time at home during COVID. I reached out to several other companies and they were giving me the run around. I finally contacted Energy Fencing and was able to set up a consult that same week. I wish I would have just saved my time and called them first. Nevertheless, Jaydan came out to my house, was very professional but cordial and accommodated my multiple requests. He was patient and within 24 hours provided different quotes based on the fences I had in mind. The pricing was very fair and he was honest, which anyone could appreciate. After I gave my deposit, the only delay was the shipment of materials for the fence but Jaydan kept me in the loop via email regularly. I find that it's rare for companies to be proactive in keeping you updated on your project, unless you're hounding them. Their customer service is a A+ in my book! I would say, within 10 days from my estimate, my fence was up. Also, when putting up the privacy slits on my chain link, they were a few short. Jaydan let me know he would order the supplies and come out and finish the job himself. To his word, he did and emailed/called me to let me know when he was coming. I conducted a thorough procurement process requesting quotes from 6 well reviewed fencing companies. Energy Fencing was the most thorough in responding to questions, offered the cheapest quote undercutting others by hundreds of dollars, did the entire job in one weekend, and came back a week later to make an adjustment that I wanted free of charge. The quality is also great. I waited a year before writing this review as I wanted to see how the fence craftsmanship held up to a year of changing weather conditions. It remains in excellent condition. They installed two custom gates and 4 walls of chain link fence buried a foot deep and concreted to prevent my dog from digging underneath.
