In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.

His pricing is reasonable and it was well worth every penny to have it done with no hole tack marks or scratches of the beautiful white oak hardwoods that had lived underneath carpeting for 50 years. We wanted to try to match the existing hardwood floors we already had as much as possible. Tao immediately knew what kind of floors to use and he even had samples on hand so that I could compare them with our current floors. We needed furniture moved to tight quarters, and for this he recommended a mover he knows (minimum moving fee = 3 hours per visit) who pulled it off within an hour, which required some creativity.
