Michael Wright was a phenomenal professional we worked with to accomplish our roof installation project. He was well prepared and knowledgable, educating us on all their products and services in a clear and concise way. No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stelar reputation. I've had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. We had a rough time with all weather exteriors. -non NH crew (subcontracted out of Massachusetts, we went with NH company to have NH workers)) -poor workmanship (flashing not done correctly) -a lot of "that's the way roofs are done" type of gaslighting. When problems were pointed out. -items we asked to be avoided weren't respected (asked our flat roof to not be walked on, soft spots, and they used it as staging ) Over all very disappointed with this company. Got told I didn't know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying "ok" and paying because fixing items was a hassle. "It's a 100 year old house" -yes we know. We're trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such. read more

I just had a new roof installed by All Weather Exteriors, LLC and I'm a very happy camper. Prior to selecting a vendor, I'd read a ton of reviews and knew to stear clear of any of the roofing contractors which use high pressure sales tactics (beware vendors requiring "both you and your spouse MUST be present", and "we'll send a 2 person sales team requiring a wafer thin 90 minutes for our sales presentation"). Brian with All Weather Exterior didn't use any of those tactics. We did a tour around the house where he showed me a few things about my roof and then most of his presentation was in the driveway on the tailgate of his truck. We went inside after a bit to get a few questions answered and then he was done, 30-40 minutes tops. The presentation felt less like a sales pitch than it did an informative conversation. I took a few weeks to collect some other quotes and eventually selected AWE. We negotiated for a final price where we were both happy and setup a time for installation (about a week out from the final decision). The materials and dumpster were delivered on a Monday and the crew was ready to install the next day. Weather issues delayed them by a day but once they started the next day (Wednesday), they were completed within a day. The lawn was covered with tarps to receive the old shingles and screening clothes were placed to protect the windows. All of the furniture was carefully removed from the deck and replaced after they'd completed the installation. I was VERY impressed with their attention to detail during the clean up process. My lawn looked better than when they'd started the job (there's something about rake marks and vacuum lines on carpet that says, "cleaning was done HERE"). A very powerful magnet on rollers was used all around the yard to pick up any stray nails. My biggest takeaway for this whole project is that talking to Brian, (the sales person) and Paul and Mark (the owners) was very easy. I had some contentious questions which they fairly and quickly answered to my satisfaction. Throughout the process I had the impression (now justified) that they were trying to work with me and not just trying to sell me something. And they were very fair and reasonable. I'm hoping I don't need their services again anytime soon but I would happily choose All Weather Exteriors again for a roofing project. read more

For your financial safety, do not use this company. After a very pleasant, knowledgeable rep visited and gave me a preliminary estimate for a new roof, I was pretty satisfied. But among the essential questions for any contractor is: Do you carry adequate liability and workmen's comp insurance? Then, contact their insurance agent yourself and ask them to mail you a letter stating that you (by name) are covered by this policy. All Weather seemed to have liability coverage, but no workmen's comp. The owner told me that since the subcontractors they use (already a bad sign) are independent contractors, each of THEM carries workmen's comp insurance. It's beyond description how bogus this statement is. My contract would be with All Weather, NOT their subcontractors. It's the company's responsibility to have such coverage. Obviously, the owner is too cheap to do the right thing. If they could, they would probably avoid paying for liability insurance, too. Unless you, the home owner, are named in an insurance agent's letter to you that YOU are covered, the generic piece of paper a company rep shows you saying they carry insurance is worthless. You can still be sued if a worker gets injured and that new roof will end up being much, much more expensive. read more

Great job on my new roof! GAF certified & insured. Supplies were delivered the day before and the roofing crew showed up on time & ready to go. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up completely. Rep came day after to check the work & file the 50-year warranty. Absolutely satisfied with the process from quote to finish. read more

Low quality work and poor customer service. Roof was not completed to our satisfaction. Still have two dips in roof Pointed out to supervisor before left site Received a call the next morning and informed they would complete to our satisfaction. Agreed we still have dips in roof but informed "Don't think roof will leak and you have a 50 year warranty." Not what we wanted to hear. Removed siding between house and porch and threw out. Left house exposed. Expected this to be fixed but workers never informed they had removed and not replaced. Informed they do not replace cedar shakes. ??? your crew removed and don't you advertise being siding roofing and windows. Issues wit Vent on roof. They literally Dict Taped it in the Attic. Flora Bunda rose bush pulled up by roots during construction. Just left and did not inform. When I discovered a few days later I was not able to save. Poor quality and low standard work. All Weather Exteriors is by far the best roofing company on the planet! Every staff member, from Patrick the rep, the terrific installer team, Paul the project manager, and Mike the owner are all truly good, honest, hardworking, and awesome people! We had our shingle roof replaced with standing seam metal roofing and thank goodness for the quality and expertise of All Weather Exteriors as a month later a giant tree fell on our house - had we not had our new roof we would be rebuilding our home. I believe that All Weather Exteriors literally saved our lives! The only significant damage was to the ridge vent and some scratches on the metal - talk about high quality materials for sure. The customer service of Mike the owner is really second to none as he came out about an hour after it happened to check the damage to make sure the roof was all right and wouldn't leak until repairs could be done - he even worked with our insurance company and kept in contact until we could get it resolved. I can't say enough good things about All Weather Exteriors - they are definitely the best roofing company ever! read more
