She didn't just follow a routine -- she assessed my body, identified tight areas contributing to my pain (especially my glute/back), and adjusted her approach in real time. She communicated throughout, starting with lighter pressure and increasing as my muscles loosened. The stretching and mobility work were unlike anything I've experienced, and by the end of the 60-minute session, my pain dropped to about a 2/10. I paid $75 for a 60 min combo and they added the hot stones in for free. Nicole was my masseuse and I would definitely request her again and do a longer massage next time. They had some boxes left to unpack and they need to figure out their flow better when someone walks in and they already have someone there.
