My own insurance undervalued my vehicle, they didn't care what I had to say, they didn't care what proof of value I had. Progressive sent me a list of comps that were not comps at all, it was a list of 2wd vehicle ( my car was 4wd ) they didn't care what I said or how I said it. I was frustrated, mentally exhausted and becoming overwhelmed by it all. On a Saturday evening I sent provalue a message, they responded quickly and asked me to send my files over to them and they would look at it on Monday morning, I did and Henry called me around noon on Monday and told me I was right, I deserved more, and he would get it for me. It sounded too good to be true, it wasn't. When it was all said and done, thanks to provalue I ended up with 4k more in my bank account, THIS IS AFTER PAYING PROVALUE'S FEES 4k more, its a huge improvement, it makes a difference.
