I am disappointed, but not surprised that "Just Gone John" misleads Yelp by characterizing his "Ghosting" me after one phone call. We had 11 email exchanges and a couple of phone calls--then "poof" he's gone. By the time the last call occurred, I had enough of it. Like I said, why chase unprofessional vendors when there are many qualified appraisers available. "Just Gone John" is chasing the easy dollar rather than servicing jobs that require a little more work--just admit the truth. John took the time to listen and understand a very complicated situation regarding our new home's overinflated sales price.
