My hubby and I stumbled onto this hidden treasure. It's located off the main strip behind an ancient arch in a beautiful cobblestone plaza. The owner Juan, chef Eduardo and waiter David were warm and welcoming and gave us amazing recommendations. We've toured Spain extensively and this was by far our favorite meal. Every dish was absolutely scrumptious and fresh. The fish of the day was delicious and chef Eduardo's special "Bomba" was something I'm going to crave until I come back to Ronda. It's an intimate space with a couple tables near the bar and a hand full up stairs. Reservations are recommended. I hesitate leaving this review because this place is an absolute gem. It is authentic elevated Spanish cuisine and I can't wait to come back. read more
