It turned out to be one I had been to before, but had forgotten how large and clean it was. It was in the evening so there was only one other customer. The standout of this visit, by far, was the upbeat and hospitable nature of the staff member behind the counter, whom I found out was was named Martin. He was by far the best and nicest sandwich artist I've ever experienced at a Subway, save for one years ago in London, England. The veggie sub he made for me was also perfectly constructed and perfectly wrapped. He really is a role model for what all employees should be like there and other quick-serve restaurants the world over. Bravo Martin. Five gold stars. Keep it up!

They were a bit out of the way from the main tourist sights in Montreal but we thought it was worth a shot. They ended up running out of burgers, so we ended up trying some of their other sandwiches. Overall, the portions and flavors were decent, and nothing too impressive. The ambiance was the highlight of the visit. The burgers seem to be the real selling point, so it may be worth revisiting.
