The first time, one of the employees put about an inch of relish on my burger, making it a soggy mess. The second time, my burger was raw (the entire inside of the patty was pink). The first time, the employee (blonde ladie, maybe a manager) offered me a refund and a new burger, I declined the refund since mistakes can happen and they were very apologetic. The second time, they just made me a new burger without offering me a refund (different employee this time) I would have actually taken a refund this time because I was very pissed off. But hey, I guess I should be grateful that I got a new burger with my (now cold) poutine, and having wasted an hour driving back and forth. Especially for $25. How does a restaurant get away with being this inconsistent? When the food is good, it's great, but it's subpar 20% of the time, and 5-10% of the time it's inedible. For this price point, this is absolutely unacceptable. They lost me as a customer.

Ordering is done on kiosks up front - the menu is somewhat limited, but they have several types of burgers which are able to be customized to your liking. I didn't want to get too big of a burger, so I went with the Patty Jr. and customized some of the sauces. The burger itself was good, albeit I'm glad I got the junior size as it was a little too greasy for my liking - it had that glazed doughnut look. We also got some poutine to share which was good but not the best I've had in the city. Service was fast, and overall I enjoyed my meal at Patty Slaps. It's good for what it is, and I wouldn't be mad if circumstances found me here in the future.

My sister was trying the ramen dog and mozzarella/hot dog. I didn't enjoy the line up in the cold, my toes were super frozen. The service is average; they rush you to make your choice. You order on the right hand side of the restaurant and then wait in the line on the left hand side to receive your food (pay attention to your number as they will call it out to let you in the restaurant to pick up). Once you pick up your order you have a choice of 8 sauces. My server put a bit too much so I say less is more when it comes to sauces. They have a menu on the side with their recommendations of sauce to put on which Kogo. You also don't want to overwhelm the Kogo with too much sauce because there's so much to taste already. I put spicy mayo, mayo, and honey mustard on both of my Kogos and it was too much. The sauces were good but it just got too much. If you want to put more than one sauce, ask the server to only put a little. My friend got the volcano with chill sauce and recommends that one. He also got the ramen hot dog with spicy mayo and he said it was a bad pairing, he thought the spicy mayo would've been good on another hot dog. I also got the pineapple juice and it was pretty good! Interestingly, their chicken entrees come with 2 sandwich buns. Obviously, you can either eat the buns alone or make a makeshift rotisserie chicken sandwich by shredding the chicken off of the bone, but, who has time for that???? Wouldn't one just order the sandwich if they wanted this option? Nevetheless, you have options. As for what does make sense, the chicken comes with a side of gravy and good thing it does. The rotisserie chicken was a bit on the dry side so I dipped it in the gravy every chance I had. It's not the worst rotisserie chicken, but they could do better. The rice was on the hard side, as though it was uncooked. Not sure if it was meant to be like that. The fries weren't bad though and kind of reminded me of McD's. This location is located on a main road, but it does have a large parking lot. Also, it's seems to be located in a large shopping area where there is an A&W, Dollar Tree and multiple supermarkets. It's definitely convenient and many customers go for takeout, but the restaurant does have a decent number of dine-in customers during dinner time.

Very nice friendly waitresses and very pleasant if you place a delivery order by phone. Great pizzas and the two mediums special is well worth it. I recommend them to anyone ordering pizza in Longueuil. My next favorite after Como's.
