If you read the additional information here on yelp, Jennie has clear instructions on how to book future appointments, and I had no issue with securing an appointment with a couple weeks advance notice as a new client. They are VERY BUSY with returning loyal clientele so it is impossible to have a walk in appointment, so just a heads up. Some may find that frustrating, but to me it's a sign of an establishment that understands the importance of having a good rapport with their clients. I came here for my first appointment with my infant and they were very warm & welcoming. It was very clean & you can tell that they care about getting to know their clients. I felt comfortable and cared for and mine and my best friends pedicures were fantastic! I always get gel on my toes and even with sandal weather they are still beautiful almost a month later. She's honest with how your actual hair structure will match the picture you have, either in your mind or on your phone.
