If you are looking for more American food it's not bad. If you are expecting Road House like in the States it is similar but not the same. They serve peanuts at the table that you can throw on the floor and similar menu items. So begins our story. We were seated and close to 25 minutes later our order was taken. We had to flag down the waitress after another 20 minutes to get the drinks we ordered. She brought these with apologies. Then an hour and fifteen minutes after we ordered our food, the food showed up. Low and behold my order was wrong. At this point I should have just taken what they brought me but it was not what I ordered and I was in the mood for a hamburger. Apologies again and back to the kitchen with the only food I would see for another 45 minutes. My wife went ahead and ate her food. They did bring my onion rings out about 10 minutes later but no burger. We finished is food and another couple was seated next to us. They ordered and received their drinks almost immediately. Still no food. Mean while I am watching as burger after burger is brought out of the kitchen and delivered to just about ever other table in the place. Finally 45 minutes after my wife's food arrived my burger was here along with the food for couple next to us. I am not an expert on Commercial kitchens but I can cook a well done burger in 10-12 minutes. Not to mention the fact that they were the ones that messed up the order (I saw her write down the order). Usually that means the next one off the grill should go to the person who's order you messed up on. I was nice through this whole ordeal and they ended up taking a little off the bill (and I do mean a little). I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was not the time I had a problem with. I have lived here long enough to enjoy the 2:45-3:00 long dinners. But that is usually because I am eating food and not because I am waiting around for the food. Their little bit of generosity was not enough at that point to make up for their lack on competence. Such a shame since some of the other reviews posted about how quick they were. I have had enough of this place and won't return nor will I recommend this to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to go through this. Tasted if purchased from a supermarket frozen section. The staff was good. They were friendly and helpful. Young people in their late teens and early twenties. There's games inside and an old west theme. For locals, this place may fit the bill for a taste of burgers and fries. Change of pace from Italian food. They charge you €2 per person for the silverware, then charge you €0.50 for a spoon full of ketchup. Nope, because they were charging for the ketchup, we didn't see that till the bill came. My daughter had the cheeseburger. Big mistake! The classic Florentine sandwich, the Lampredotto. I should've known better, but I'm willing to try anything once. It was a chew, tasteless, slimy sandwich.
