I paid for my items ($70) including a $10 tip I left to be generous. On my way out was when I discovered that she locked the door thinking that we were going to steal?? I used to think they offered good value for my money but over the last two years, prices have risen more than the value of the merchandise. Two…read morehorrible customer service experiences occurred with two different staff members in the last two weeks. One was unfamiliar with the products and store policies. The Manager decided to take an extended lunch and the store was closed when I arrived to pick up three items. Hopefully, there will be staffing changes and the customer service will be as pleasant as in the past. So dissappointed.
