I am a little unsure how to rate this store. A hostess at a nearby restaurant recommended coming here. Marissa Collection has all sorts of brands. They have a ton of stuff! I mean, there are very exclusive brands sold here. They have very fancy dresses, shoes, the works. They have more down to earth pieces as well. The staff was all over us offering help, assistance, recommendations, etc. This always irks me, no matter what store I am at. The pricing probably made me blush. I saw a casual dress I liked and it was $900. That was probably the least expensive price tag I looked at. It turns out we walked in the store about two minutes before they closed. We were there maybe 20 minutes and no one rushed us, which was nice. We didn't realize when they closed. read more

I work in the retail industry and Marissa is a big deal in SWFL. I will state that this is a luxury store and so the price point is high, you normally come here in search of something specific, an item, a brand, or in my case a piercing event. I don't shop here daily, I can't afford it but I've been here for special occasions and I had luck connecting with a stylist. They have a lot of designer brands, a lot of brands that you won't find in the local mall, and I will say that the buy is very curated for the SWFL woman. I have a good relationship with my stylist and she invited me to a piercing event with a celebrity piercer. I made an appointment and I loved my experience. I know my experience is not the same as others but I do enjoy my time there. read more

A store full of lovely labels and items, utterly spoiled by appalling service. Big mistake: my wife was so hurt by your blatant rudeness and naked elitism, that we went to Nordstrom up at Waterside Shops and bought the exact same Oscar da la Renta dress instead. Plus a few other goodies. It was a trip but worth it for nice service from genuinely decent people. Ever heard of not judging a book by its cover? Not everyone wears their wealth blatantly. Try treating ALL your customers with good manners and some civility, not just the Park Royal mavens and bling-laden Russian tourists, and you might find you will actually earn more commission and some goodwill into the bargain. read more

Wrote a similar review on Google - but wanted to add our experience at Marissa Collections here as well. (and skipping to the end - it was great) My wife was in need of a Mother of the Bride Dress. We looked in Ohio where we are from and while there were some nice dresses - nothing really stood out. On a trip to Naples, after working out and looking like we had just worked out, for some reason - we stopped into the store. Up to that point, we had never really been in - as it was our feeling that the clothes would be way too expensive and even more so, we would not be helped by the staff. (especially the way we looked that morning) While looking thru one collection - one woman (Jaime) asked if she could help. She then spent a few minutes with us and then said that she would be right back. I then turned to my wife and said that we will never see her again. It almost felt like the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts i went into the Beverly Hills store and they would not help her. The way we looked though - I would not have blamed them. HOWEVER - we could not have been more wrong and within a couple of minutes, Jaime was back with the manager of the area and they both then proceeded to spend well over an hour with my wife going thru different options. At the end - there was one dress in particular that we all liked, though no decision was made at that point. Jaime and the manager (Kira) - could not have been nicer and just said they were available for questions and to just let them know. We did keep in contact with them and so on a subsequent trip back to Naples, went in to see it and some other options again. Both Jaime and Kira spent additional time with us - never with any pressure. Ultimately my wife went with that dress and it truly turned out beautiful - with many (many) glowing comments at the wedding. It turned out to be the perfect dress. Following the wedding, I even sent the two of them pics of my wife from the wedding to show them the fruit of their labor and the time they spent with us. So for us - our perception of what we initially thought of Marissa Collections was way off base and we have nothing but great thoughts for the store and the people who work there. Marissa refuses to file electronically because she doesn't want to pay for the program. My taxes have been submitted for 3 months and there is no record of the IRS ever receiving them. She did nothing to help rectify the problem and started ignoring my calls. She doesn't care about her clients once you pay her. I will never use her or recommend her to anyone again. read more

I've heard only great things about Marissa Collections and when I visited FL a few weeks ago - I had the chance to visit their store and it was incredible (to say the least). The stylists really took the time to help me find my perfect size / style etc. Then I found out they had an online store and man, that's it. Life is complete. read more

It's been quite awhile since I've been to Marissa Collections, but I used to buy lots of shoes here while on vacation. They always had excellent sales on shoes as well...I remember once scoring a $650 pair of Oscar de la Renta heels for a little over $100! As a young teenager I used to love coming to look at the evening gowns and dreaming about wearing one! I wanted nothing more than to try on every single one and sashay around the store! I've never had a problem with customer service...they've always been pretty welcoming and helpful. They were always very attentive to what specifically you were looking for and trying to help in the best way possible. Oh, and I'm not sure if they still do this, but whenever you'd buy something they'd send you a personalized note in the mail. I always thought it was a really nice touch...they'd remember my name (which I'm sure is in a database, but whatever), and things we talked about like school/work or my home life back in Ohio. One was sort of like this: "Hi Jackie! Thanks for coming in to Marissa Collections recently, and I hope you're loving your Valentino clutch! Hope you enjoyed your vacation in Naples, and good luck at OSU this semester! It was nice talking to you! Sincerely, ___" I feel like you don't get that kind of customer service at most places, and I hope they're still doing it. read more

An absolute class act. I purchased a BVLA diamond piece. They shipped "3 day" for free, packaged beautifully, and unlike anywhere else that sells these pieces other than Maria Tash, they included the gold post so it was totally ready to wear. I went in to the store a couple weeks ago on a quiet Saturday evening before a casual dinner. I was excited to finally be shopping again and be able to see all the new collections out. There were 3 sales associates standing at the jewelry counter as I walked in and none of them turned to acknowledge me. I walked around the store to check everything out and another sales associate was behind the counter on the other side of the store on her cell phone and didn't even look up at me. I audibly said to the person I was with, "wow I wish someone would acknowledge me." And yet they still did not even look at me. It was very upsetting to be treated like I didn't exist. Take your money where your business is appreciated! Not where you get kicked out because it's one minute after closing, for very questionable reasons. I've never seen anything like this. If you can't work late, quit the retail business, especially in a touristy area! They just lost thousands of dollars of sales because of this one sales person ($11k to be specific). And what's even more disappointing is, she was targeting, she didn't kick out all customers, she was so openly profiling. I guess we didn't look expensive enough, coming from the beach. Wow. I didn't expect to encounter this lack of customer service and customer profiling in downtown Naples, what a disappointment. I feel like this boutique is not worthy of being part of the downtown Naples experience. And I'm happy to take my business and go shopping somewhere else. It was definitely my first negative experience in Naples, in the number of times I've been here. I saw a Pucci dress I would have tried and probably bought had the experience been more enjoyable. I found a beautiful Brunello Cucinelli sweater on sale while shopping on line at Marissa Collections. It was 40% off. By the time I was checking out the price became regular. Since it was a last year item I called them trying to see if perhaps it was in error and got an unresponsive employee who was absolutely unhelpful on the phone. She could neither explain why the price went up neither she could answer any of my questions in regards to why this happened. It felt I am on a phone with a thrift store representative, not a high end boutique. I will never shop at this place again. Back to Neiman Marcus and Saks for their great customer service. read more

I had a terrible experience with Marissacollections.com. I purchased a very expensive Fuzzi blouse ($485 + tax) online on 12/2/16. When it finally got to me, I tried it on and it didn't fit. I did not remove any labels or tags and sent it back UPS to the required address within a few days. When I didn't see the purchase amount credited on my next Master Card bill, I called. I spoke to Jade Jenkins, who told me I had sent it to the wrong address and that it was sent back to the Mail Box Plus, where it had been UPS'd. When I picked it up, the UPS rep said it should have been delivered. But he put in the address provided by Marissa and it said it was "undeliverable." That address was 1167 Third Street South, Ste. 207, Naples Florida. He then tried to enter the address with "3rd Street" instead of "Third Street" and it went through fine. I took several photographs of the blouse mailing box with both addresses to document that I had indeed sent the merchandise to the correct address. The UPS agent also was very willing to verify that I had indeed sent the item to the address listed on Marissa's paperwork. In fact, all I did was Xerox that "ship to" address from their paperwork, cut it out, and tape it to the package. I still have the package itself and the photographs. Yet, Jade still insisted that I sent it to "27th Street" address. It is clear from the photographs and physical box itself that this is not true. I re-sent the box on January 4th. Again, the refund did not show up on my Master Card, so I called on January 19th and then once more on January 20th. On the 20th, I finally talked to Jade. She informed me that the box was refused and sent back to me again! This time, she said the merchandise lacked a "security tag." I have no idea what that is. I picked up the box on January 23rd and inspected the blouse. It still has the original sales tag (with barcode, price, etc.) affixed to the label. I spoke to Jade again and she insisted that Marissa always puts on a security tag and that I removed it. I did not. It was very evident that the main tag was still attached and the blouse undamaged and unworn. Jade robotically repeated that Marissa's policy was not to accept packages without a security tag and that I would not be getting a refund. The fact - There simply was no "security tag" on the blouse - ever as far as I know. I am so angry. I would discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company. I did everything right, yet they refused my refund. read more

I ordered a Donna Karan silk camisole on sale for $200. When it arrived, it appeared that it was used. It arrived with no Donna Karan tags, only Marrissa Collections tags. One of the shoulder seams was partially ripped out; the fabric was pilling underneath the back tags; the bodice had been restitched badly in the front underneath the bust line and there was an obvious stain in the back which looked as if removal had been attempted but unsuccessful by a dry cleaner. I was clearly disappointed. I purchased the same one from Bergdorf's two years ago but as it was showing signs of age I was looking forward to replacing it, as it is one of my favorite items for summer travel. I called Marissa Collections first thing the following day (I received it late PST) and spoke to a salesgirl. I was told they don't sell used clothing and the store policy was no returns on sale items. (This is clearly not the policy on their website.) I was told to send photos of the camisole and the issue would be reviewed. I emailed several photos, but never received a response. I emailed a week later, and still no response. I have returned the item and disputed it through my credit card company. What a hassle! Beware! It's not that I won't get the money back, but the time I have had to spend on it is ridiculous. When I looked at the Google Reviews of this shop there was only one very negative review followed by four excellent reviews, which upon a second look, incidentally, were all written one month ago. I'd be careful ordering online and look closely at the dates of the reviews when considering if this is a reputable boutique or not. read more

Crappy company. I ordered an item for Christmas with next day shippig and it took 3 days no refund or no help. Customer service did not call me back did not resolve the issues. Bad company. Ripps people off. I unsubscribed to their emails 3 weeks ago and still get the emails. Company web site is childish and does not work. Bad run company, bad pricing, bad customer service., They suck! I was in town for my boyfriends bothers wedding this past weekend that would be held at The Ritz on the Beach. I needed both a rehearsal dinner dress for that evening and a dress to wear to the wedding the following. My sweet boyfriend in an attempt to "help me" told his mother that I didn't have dresses for either and wondered if she had suggestions of where I could go to look. These were both very important days for my boyfriends mother as everyone important to her and the family would be in attendance. As she told me to try Marissa's with concern on her face I took her advice and went that following day. I had the pleasure of working with Lorraine. She was amazing! Very upbeat, so friendly, fun and made what was becoming a little stressful no longer that way. We found a dress for the rehearsal dinner, several different lip colors to match and just when I thought she was one of the best I've shopped with she stepped it up another notch! I had a broken nail that I needed repairs stat and she called around to several different nail salons and found one that could repair without a wait. You would think that would be enough but she wasn't quite done. She insisted on taking me to the nail salon. Who does that? This was my first shopping experience with her and that was the customer service I received. Fast forward to that evening, all of my boyfriends mothers friends were coming up to me saying, I thought you didn't have a dress which I was able to smile and say I didn't. I told them the excellent service I received from Lorraine and several of them including my bf's mother had worked with her as well, either that weekend or previous times in past.
