My husband and I did this awesome photo shoot tour during our honeymoon in Barcelona. It was like another engagement session for a great price! Plus we got to see the sights and learn the history behind the Gothic and Born areas. And it's good to have a good amount of pictures that are not just our usual selfie shots from other tours we've been on =) Joan (our photographer and guide) knew all his stuff and was also very skilled in his photo session. We are a pretty camera shy couple but Joan def made us feel very comfortable and happy the entire way. Our photos were delivered to us via email as promised and on schedule as well. One tip would definitely be to go a little early so you can find the place. There are lots of small streets and one can easily get lost (which can be a great thing in that area since there are so many hidden gems/shops there). My husband and i went a little TOO early when the doors were shut and locked so we couldn't see the street numbers but luckily the segway rental shop next door was open and they happily directed us to the right door. If I could give this man 10 stars I would…read more My fiancee and I decided to do a last-minute engagement photo shoot in Barcelona. We were in a town for a few days and had been engaged recently so why not? We had messaged a few other photographers but none were as personable, friendly and decently priced as Rich. We were a few minutes late to the engagement session and a little nervous but Rich put us at ease. For a couple that had never "posed" together in this type of setting, we didn't know what to expect. But Rich gave us very good guidance, told us where to look, how to place our hands, what posture we should have, fixed my hair from time to time, and also lugged around my sweater because it was so cold and I kept putting it on and off throughout the shoot. We got great direction. I might also add that my fiancee is quite the photography snob, having the latest and greatest camera equipment, which he uses to take pictures pretty frequently and edit them with some advanced programs. So my fiancee's bar was pretty high. My fiancee and I were blown away by the quality of the pictures. They are stunning and have a lot of depth to them. You can see us standing in front of the Barcelona cathedral in what looks like a magazine shot. Or a picture of my fiancee and I embracing next to an elderly couple, so many different layers and emotions captured here. When I shared the photographs with my family, my sister messaged me teary eyed saying how touched she was. When we showed them to our friends, they were gasping and oohing and ahing and asking us who our photographer was. When I posted on Facebook, I got so many comments saying how beautiful these pictures were. Thank you Rich for giving us this incredible memory that will last a lifetime.

When my husband and I decided we wanted to get married in Barcelona, I immediately reached out to several wedding planners. Karolina was the first to reply and was the most on the ball, which is what I was looking for in a wedding planner. From the moment we Skyped with her I knew that was it and we didn't need to look any further. She organized everything, gave us enough options but didn't overwhelm us and took care of literally EVERYTHING. My husband had endless questions and requests and she was always patient (more so than me lol). All the vendors she works with are fantastic too which is a testament to Karolina's wonderful relationships with them! My husband was worried about being able to integrate his Syrian traditions with my American ones, but Karolina pulled it off and always made really wonderful suggestions and was sensitive and accommodating to the differences in culture. Our wedding day was flawless and even despite the threat of rain, Karolina handled the last minute changes easily! Other planners I spoke with suggested we make a higher budget. From the beginning Karolina was very organized and always made herself available, via email, Whatsapp, and video chat. She helped us keep everything organized and when we arrived in Barcelona, she immediately met with us to go over all the wedding details, etc. The wedding day itself went perfectly. Karolina was at our wedding from start to finish. She even went to meet our guests at our pick up location and loaded them on the buses to ensure the transportation went smoothly. She stayed with our planned schedule for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, etc., but never made our guests feel rushed. This hotel is very artistic and have many great art everywhere. Air condition was kind of weak at night but breakfast was delicious! Lots of options! Restaurant was also delish!! Rooms were not too loud. We slept fine. We did have to ask for amenity kit since there was nothing in room. Staff were very friendly. We never get disappointed with service. From the staff at front door to in house staff, everyone was just so nice and helpful.
