There's lots of cool exhibits and you can explore in whatever order you want. My favorite was the light painting room inspired by Pablo Picasso where you use your phone flashlight to make an image. I also liked the retro arcade machines at the end, if you're a casual gamer like me and have time to kill you can spend an hour just doing that. I went on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful. They also have locations in Madrid, Budapest, Vienna, Copenhagen, & Berlin and each one is different, had I known that I would've booked tickets for the Madrid one as well. (Oh well, it gives me a reason to go back.) All in all, if you want some cool pictures while traveling on vacation, IKONO is the way to go.

I am so glad to have found Alexandra Csuport!!…read more  I had been considering doing a destination engagement photoshoot while vacationing in Europe but was not sure how feasible it would be to find a local photographer.  After messaging a few photographers in Spain through Yelp, Alexandra's reply was the most genuinely helpful.  She made me feel that it was definitely possible to take engagement photos in Barcelona, Spain... even with a short one-week notice!   Alexandra took care of all the planning, and the 3-hour photoshoot session really flew by.  My fiancé and I had a really great time taking photos and seeing some of the city sights.  Alexandra sent us some previews right away and continued to email us after we left Europe to update us on the status of the photos.  She also made sure to upload all of the photos in the time frame that she promised. Martin takes you all over the usual Barcelona highlights and then some... even off the beaten path; the Gothic quarter, which we highly recommend! Not only is it a bike tour, but he also takes your photos professionally and then he emails it to you or airdrop it to you in about two hours. You get to see Barcelona, without tiring yourself because you're doing it on a bike. I love the little local history tidbits that he includes in his tour, little FYI that not a lot of people know about... another thing, we initially missed our tour due to Uber mishaps, however, Martin did not hesitate to accommodate us to his new group the following day. He was so understanding and patient with us. I love his easy going attitude and he was patient in waiting for us. We did not feel scared or rush to bike around Barcelona! This is a great hotel in the center of Barcelona, 2 mins walk from the city center, 20 mins walk…read morefrom the beach. It's very cheap, about 20-25 pounds per night for a double room no matter how many people stay. There are bigger rooms of course. You can get rooms with bathroom or not, with TV or not. 5 of us went to Barcelona. We personally took one double bedroom without bathroom and a three sleeper room with bathroom so that we could at least have our own bathroom. The hotel is very cute, old style building with colourful rooms. Don't expect a 4 star hotel, it's far from being one, but it has everything you need: clean sheets and towels, free internet access, clean bathroom, small bar, fridge at disposal, flat screen TV at the reception The rooms are clean everyday. If you have to live early in the morning you can leave your keys in the letter box at the reception. At 1 min walk from the hotel there is a coffee shop called Fresh and Ready where you can have breakfast. It opens at 10 in the morning.

Reception is a little compact, making check-ins tight when busy. Next to the reception is the restaurant (breakfast buffet was good) and a lounge with complementary beverages, including cava. The hotel has a rooftop bar (very slow service) with a nice view of the city. As for our room, it was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Overall, staff was friendly and professional. I have no problem staying here again if I return to Barcelona.

The staff was super friendly and were always providing great recommendations. The rooms are a little small, but definitely workable. The way the set up the windows you get no street noise and the shade are total blackout. The hotel also has a fantastic roof top bar. Although it does have a breakfast, it does not have a full restaurant, but there are so many great places to eat within walking distance that this was not an issue. The hotel also lacks a store or a pool - things that we did not care about. It has a gym but we did not use it as we decided not to rent a car and walked around 15-20 kilometers everyday - we definitely got our workouts done.
