La Buenísima used to be a solid, no-nonsense laundromat. The old PayRange digital payment system worked well, was efficient, and actually made doing laundry less painful. Then they "upgraded"... and managed to make everything worse. Now you have to physically swipe at every single machine, which is not only inconvenient but raises real concerns about card skimmers and my bank tests me about potential fraud given the number of duplicate transactions. That oversight alone is troubling in 2026, when secure, touchless payments already exist and were already working here. To make matters worse, the network is "out of range" or down at least half the time, forcing customers back to coins anyway. Yes, there's an ATM on site, which is nice but then what's the point of digital payment if it doesn't reliably work? And when you ask the staff on site you get an "I don't know" That's not convenience, that's backtracking. This is the textbook definition of if it's not broken, don't fix it. The old system worked. This one is clunky, unreliable, and feels like a step backward in both usability and security. I'll still come here if I have to, but the experience has gone from efficient to frustrating for no good reason. Please reconsider the payment system, because right now, it's the weakest part of the business. The free dry is awesome and the staff keep the place clean which is the only reason I give it two stars. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this laundromat. I was drying a car seat cover/pocket and stepped out to wait in my car while my items finished drying. Apparently, somebody saw what was in my dryer through the glass and opened the dryer door, stopping my drying cycle, without speaking to me first. If there was an issue with the item I was drying, they could have simply waited for me to come back and explained their concerns. Instead, they interrupted my cycle without my permission. I found that to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Better communication and respect for customers' belongings would have made this situation much easier to handle. I won't be returning. read more

Very clean and quite. Music was good. Lots of different size washing machine available and free drying. I love they have a pet machine available. I like seeing the employee walking around and cleaning after using the machine. read more

This is not a place that should allow dogs at all. People bring dogs and let them sit and walk around on the counters where you fold your clothes. Seriously disgusting! If you want dog hair in your clean laundry ttis is a place you will love. read more

GO DO YOUR LAUNDRY SOMEWHERE ELSE! My boyfriend and I washed clothes here today 4/12/25. When he opened the washer to get the clothes out to dry, they SMELLED LIKE SEWER. Clean clothes smelling like sewer IS NOT NORMAL. We complained to the lady working there and asked for a refund because we need to wash the clothes again and she said "I can't do anything about that. It's normal." Well-maintained Washing machines do not leave your clothes smelling like sewer. Horrible customer service and horrible maintenance of their machines. We just wanted our $10 back to wash our clothes somewhere else. I hope no one else experiences this. read more

I came to the laundry facility strictly for the reason that they had a washer specially designated for "Pet-related use". I mean, GENIUS!! The facility is CLEAN, well lit, has a staff of two people constantly tidying up the surroundings. I'm super impressed with this place!! OH!! I almost forgot, FREE DRYING TOO!!! I recommend!! They also have every size washer you could ask for at various prices starting from $5-$12. The $12 washer is ginormous!! Perhaps for 2-4 King size comforters. read more

4 years ago when I found this place it was honestly amazing but lately it has been slowly declining. The washers stink after every use. They smell like "sewer". Today September 25, 2024 after using washer #6 the 80lb washer and paying for the ULTRA wash my bedding item I washed still smelled. & yes we used Oxi, laundry detergent, softener and scent beads. We brought it to the attention of the owner he hesitantly restarted the machine for us but not in the ULTRA as we had originally paid and still made a rude comment saying "next time pay for the ultra it's only a dollar more". We DID! He proceeded to complain about how he lost money now because of this. Not only that the person before us had left the machine smelling like bleach that's why we decided to put our white bedding in there just in cHonestly if you can find a better laundry place where the machines don't smell and sometimes make your clothes smell I recommend you go there instead of this place. I love the fact that I can just pay with my phone. They do accept coins but I loved the mobile payment specially when we were all going through the coin drought and nobody really had coins to give out. My clothes come out clean and what's even better than free dryers ?!? I believe the prices are very fair and affordable. There's definitely a good vibe here. This is a brand new location. They have street parking out front and plenty of parking in the back of the location. This place is amazing! Dryers are free and the place is super clean. The first time I came in, one of the workers there helped me pull in my laundry baskets. Which was very sweet of him. There are plenty of options for your washing needs, from small loads to huge loads, even washers designated for pet laundry. I took 3 blankets and all fit in 1 and the price was great. Plus the dryers besides being free dry super fast. You will need quarters and they have change machines with sandwich bags so you can put your coins in. The assistants are always cleaning everything, from knobs to buttons and counter tops where you fold your clothes. Not to mention very courteous. Lets be nice to them. This whole Covid-19 isn't nice on anyone and these workers work hard. Oh they also offer you free gloves in case you don't want to touch anything with your hands. They have a nice sink where you can also wash you hands, etc. They have reasonably priced vending machines and a massage chair that I also saw them spraying and cleaning after someone used it. I have been to this place 2 times and I don't think I'll go anywhere else. They open till midnight some nights which is freaking awesome. read more

This place is the best! I drive 3+ miles just to get there and I don't mind because it's always clean. There is a good size parking lot which is a plus! The laundromat is very big and has enough folding tables, along with large capacity washing machines for blankets. Also, the dry is free and owner is very helpful. This laundry mat claims to be 24hours but the attendants limit which washers you can use after 8pm on the days that they are open 24hrs .... They completely close one side of the laundry mat to leave only 15 machines available for a large group of ppl if you come and they are being used you have to wait until whoever is using it to be done . I waited about 1 hour before I could actually start washing even tho there were 25 others machines available . There's no sign that says any of these rules which makes me think it was made up but the attendants just to get out work earlier . I'm just saying post something somewhere anywhere so ppl know next time. I guess you have to come during the day time anyone else who's busy maybe working full time has to be limited to whatever They can get after 8pm . This place was not only open late, but was very clean and looked new. They have different size washers, which is nice and convenient if you have large loads. They provide the dryers for free as long as an adequate amount is filled. Great place! Would definitely recommend it and come back if needed. read more
