I've been coming to this laundromat for years, and watching it fall apart has been incredibly frustrating. The owner should be embarrassed by the condition of this place. Machine after machine is broken, yet the prices keep going up. How does that make any sense? Customers are expected to pay more while the equipment barely works. I've had to wash the same load multiple times because the machines didn't clean my clothes properly. Nobody should have to pay twice because the laundromat can't maintain its equipment. The worst part is that this isn't a new problem. These issues have been going on for a long time, and nothing gets fixed. It feels like the owner has completely given up on this location. For a laundromat that's open 24 hours and sits in a great location, the lack of care is unbelievable. Stop raising prices and start fixing the machines. Customers have been supporting this business for years, and this is what we get in return? Broken equipment, wasted money, and constant frustration. Do better. Right now, this place is a perfect example of how to run a once-good business into the ground. Fix the damn place. Give a shit about your business. As a concerned customer, my frustration comes from the fact that I actually want this laundromat to do well. This location is more convenient than most others in the area and, in my experience, feels safer than many alternatives. That's one of the reasons I've continued coming back over the years despite the ongoing issues. You can say your machines are 95% operational, that mechanics come multiple times a week, and that you're investing in improvements, but as a customer, that's simply not what I've experienced. I don't come here every week--I come once in a blue moon--and every time I return, I see many of the same issues. Broken machines, out-of-order signs, and equipment that doesn't perform as it should. What frustrates me is the disconnect between what you're describing and what customers actually see when they walk through the door. If this location is receiving constant maintenance and investment, it certainly isn't obvious from the customer side. I don't care how many stores you own. I care about the one I'm standing in. As a longtime customer, I can honestly say this location has declined over the years, and that's what my review reflects. If improvements are being made, that's great. But customers judge a laundromat by results, not promises. When I have to rewash clothes because a machine didn't do its job, or when I repeatedly find machines out of service months apart, it's hard to believe things are improving. This review wasn't written because I want to tear the business down. It was written because I'm disappointed. This laundromat has a great location, is open 24 hours, and has the potential to be one of the better options around. Do not come here its disgusting leaking washers everywhere bacteria overgrowth and horrible odors coming out of the washers. they dont work as well u try to do a certain setting and the worker said only the first three settings work I loaded a washer paid and couldnt even set it to delicates SO I had to wash my DELICATES in a normal cycle and it ruined my clothes and also the dryers dont dry this place is a scam. they are literally robbing you. Nice local laundromat can't go wrong there. They have a good amount of washers and dryers. I went on a Sunday afternoon not sure what to expect maybe I couldn't get a machine. -- Nope not an issue at all. Wasn't busy at all. I would say the only cons are they don't have much seating they have about 3 tables and 1 bench which is ok but may not been enough on a super busy day. In addition the parking lot is tiny and I had to park on the street. Luckily I only had 1 load but I could imagine if a family had multiple loads it wouldn't be as nice to have to walk down the street with all that. Nonetheless I would definitely come back here it's local and gets the job done. read more

I haaaate doing laundry. It's the worst chore for me. Thankfully, fluff and fold service exists, and at such a reasonable price at Alligator Best Laundry, I simply couldn't resist when I felt particularly lazy today. As of 6/11/21, for same day service it's $1.25 per pound, and $1.50 for next day return. I'm not completely sure if they take card since I had cash and didn't ask. I wish I got the name of the woman who helped us, she was very welcoming and super helpful. For the business owner- we went in today at around 9-9:30 am to drop off, please give her my thanks! They do have a parking lot even though it's small, and I went during non-peak hours so I didn't have trouble. They also have a pretty decent arcade set-up so I doubt you'll ever be bored waiting for your clothes! If laundry day just means a hassle-free drop off and pick up here at Best Laundry, I don't think I'll hate doing laundry ever again. read more

I've been a customer for years and it's always been clean and I appreciate that. The parking is a small and at times cars are parked behind one another. It doesn't take long before they get moved. This is where the Tetris skills come in handy. I went today in the evening and I noticed the employees were NOT wearing masks while walking and cleaning, which again is appreciated, but they are not wearing masks, which bothered me. I don't know if they have COVID and walking without a mask a sneeze here and a cough there. Secretions land on the surfaces, surfaces the customers touch. I WAS a loyal customer here even after the prices went up, 70cents 11minutes dryer. The washer so expensive. I came one Saturday morning to wash and I tried reloading my card with my visa. It took my money but didn't load my card. When talked to the "person in charge" she called her boss and the laddie said there was nothing she could do and to call my bank....at 3am Saturday morning. Have been coming here for well over a year now and have been taking advantage of the service they offer. The fluff and fold deal and let me tell I've only had one hiccup but it was immediately addressed and taken care of by the owner. Be careful with the card reader. It doesn't work and there is no one around to help. The instructions to load money are posted on the wall on a paper and they don't work. Lost a few bucks trying to load money on to the card and it would not allow me to load any money after I pressed the register button. Waste of time. read more

Very clean place. Has wifi, tv's, a lot of place where you can sit while waiting. Price is a a few cents more expensive than other laundry matts but Is totally worth it. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have a lot of parking space. So you have to be lucky if you find a parking space =/ The lady who works here is very nice and helpfull. read more

Overall it is a good laundromat. It is more spacious and cleaner looking than most around in this area. I appreciate that the machines are newer than other locations as well. Con's are the parking situation and on any given moment only ten different vehicles are allowed to park and two of them are handicapped. You also have to pay to use the restroom while doing laundry. And there is not enough seating even though there is space for more tables. I like that they have arcade games, it is always good to kill time. read more

Overall this place is pretty spacious with newer machines. The hours they're open are convenient. Parking is very limited making difficult at times even to get out because people double park. Needs more seating and they have the space for it. There are 2 problems that bother me the most. There cleanliness and their restrooms. Most of their machines smell like mildew, making your clothes smell like it. The restrooms!!! Mind you that they are not well kept and pretty disgusting, you have to pay to use them. Wow. Your better off doing laundry at home in your tub. Everything is paid by their own card ( that you have to buy) that you add money to. Not the biggest deal until you realize the machines only work up to maybe 50% of their capacity. They seemed rigged to skip one of the rinses. Very little water comes out to actually wash/rinse your clothes. When washing in the small machines be ready to be walking back and forth from the sink to actually fill a wash. (Literally watching women walk back and forth with buckets of water.) Seemed like a nice place at first because it looked a little more "modern"(as much as laundry place can get). Not worth it. Some of these reviews look very odd, because I have been using this laundry for over 4 years and have have 2 problems that were taken care of by one of the ladies that work there. Granted, a few times when I wanted to wash early, she overslept and yes their lot is pretty small for parking. But. The machine's and driers are good, there is an attendant or a way to reach "THE GUY" if needed and it's huge and clean and worth it. They use the card system here and have bonus washes and send out free wash texts now and again. So, GET on board people! read more

They have so many dryers available. I like this place alot. We come here every weekend. The price is very resonable and not over priced like most places.the only thing I suggest is getting a quarter machine dispensar. The ladies don't haves many quarters to change for you to play the games. read more

Probably the best laundry place ive been to. They have games and plenty of washing machines for different size loads. Only down side is the parking lot is very small. Its never really packed here and they dont blast ranchera music all day long like most do. read more
