Came here for pizza half an hour before their afternoon break, my mom and I shared the diavola as a…read moresnack (I would probably be able to eat one on my own if I hadn't had a snack beforehand already). In any case, the diavola had tomato sauce, mozzarella, salami, pepperocini, letscho, and garlic.
What is letscho you ask? I didn't know either, but I looked it up beforehand and the internet said it's a vegetarian stew. What is that doing on pizza?! Well let me tell you - it was DELICIOUS. The sauce had SO much flavor, and they put dollops of it mostly on top of the salami so the pizza did not get soggy. The combination of all the ingredients was delightful and amazing.
The outer bread crust was so soft and chewy, and there was olive oil to dip it in (we took it ourselves in the corner with all the condiments). The bottom crust throughout the pizza was lightly crispy, not soggy at all.
The entire pizza was delicious from beginning to end - literally zero complaints. It was 15 euros which is pretty much on-par with other restaurants around the area. Definitely recommend!
