Service was ok. Waitress could have been more attentive. I had to keep calling her over instead of…read moreher asking if we needed anything or if everything was ok. I ordered a quesadilla explosive salad w/ grilled chicken. It came w/ shredded cheese, tomatoes, corn salsa, tortilla strips, cilantro with citrus-balsamic. Topped w/cheese quesadillas. Dressing served on the side. I love their citrus balsamic dressing. It's so yummers! The grilled chicken didn't taste good. It tasted old & dried out which was a bummer. I came w/ my cousin she ordered the sizzling fajitas w/ shrimp & steak. I got to try a bit. It was delish. The shrimps were bigger here in PR. Unfortunately, I did order a molten chocolate cake (Chocolate cake w/ a molten chocolate center, topped w/ vanilla ice cream in a chocolate shell with caramel drizzle) for dessert but didn't get to take photos b/c I went in. It was so delish! My cousin ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie(Topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge) for dessert. We both shared. Hers wasn't as good. They overcooked the cookie. It almost tasted burnt. That's a no-no. I would have sent it back.

He took my food to the back and brought it back with pieces of the onion and tomato still left on top of my dish. They gave me the same dish she picked some of the toppings off. At this point I don't want the food. Bad experience and service.

We waved as we walked in to a waiter, pointed to a seemingly available picnic table, and he waved that we were good to go, so we sat right away, at 7:45p...after that more tables opened up. Drinks: 1. Pina colada - no bueno...like a coconut ice, not pina colada. 2. Passion fruit juice with fresh mint - delicious! 3. Cherry juice drink with alcohol - wife liked it, and I thought it was good. Appetizers: 1. Beef empanadas- I thought the crust overpowered the meat and onion, but daughter and wife loved it. 2. Nachos - terrible. Chips were stale and cheese/beans covering was bare, but then they gave us additional refried beans in a little cup, and straight I thought the refried beans were delicious. 3. Baha fish tacos - phenomenal!!! Entrees: 1 Chicken fajitas: disappointing. The spicing was off, on the chicken, and the guacamole was mostly sour cream. 2. Steak fajitas: very good and way better than the chicken Service was quick and the staff knew their stuff, but it took a long time to get the bill because other tables came in.

Party of six. Such…read morea shame I have to leave this review, but the amount of things that could go wrong did go wrong on our first visit The host and server of the night were very helpful and kind. That's the one star. Thank you ladies. Our server (I think her name was Fabiola) was very attentive and very patient with listening to our orders and our needs. She was the highlight of our night. The kitchen needs MASSIVE work. Either an extensive training course or hire new line cooks because our food was either over cooked or under cooked. My medium rare New York strip came out Blue Rare. They took the steak back to fire it up some more and came back rare. I just bit the bullet and ate my steak because I'm not sending food back twice. My step mother's wings were under cooked and pale. She sent them back and manager returned with wings that looked identical to the first set. I'm not sure if they actually fired them back up or just put them in the microwave to make them hot but that almost seemed intentional at that point. She left without eating. I'm not sure if you have an expo station where you have employees who check the food before running them out to the tables, but if your establishment does, they need major work. All our food sat at expo and became cold. A party of four sat in a booth across from our table and by the time our food came, they got their check to leave. The table behind us complained about their entrees being cold. That should've been our warning to dine somewhere else. Lesson learned. On that note. We ordered our entrees. My father's whole entree (ribs, mashed potatoes, and sweet potato fries) was stone cold. My steak was not only undercooked but it was cold to the touch. I ordered rice and black beans and received pink beans. They switched my beans which isn't much to brag about but it was accomplished. My husbands fajitas came out and his steak was like jerky. Medium well was ordered and he received a Hard well done. He didn't want to complain so he ate his dish. His side fries were pale and soggy. Those immediately went back. The only thing they got right was my son's chicken tenders and fries. What an exasperating trip. We came out to dine somewhere we can connect after not being in the same room for almost 15 years. Yall have got to do better. Then you had some petite man who I assume was the manager come speak to us very loudly as if he was trying to just silence the table from our issue. My father handled that problem though ;) Have a hard talk with your crew. Bare minimum shouldn't be the goal. When entrees are ready to be run to their tables, RUN THEM. We stood up and looked at the station and it was filled with plates ready for consumers to eat but just sat there slowly dying. That's so sad. Call LongHorn and take some notes.
