This was a chance encounter. Maybe if I had a Yelp review to help me out I wouldn't have gone here.
We can definitely start with the positive which is the food. The food is delicious. They have options of indian, Latin and different options to try from. According to the menu they are directed under different shifts. The food was delicious. It was the most flavorful and seasoned food that I had in my entire trip to spain. However that's where the positives end.
The place was packed! So we were hopeful that it would be a great experience but it is not well managed or organized. Multiple servers were overlapping in different sections and yet it took four attempts to get water, three attempts to get our check and uncounted attempts to get service. We asked one person for water. They wrote it down, said okay and then never came back. This happened four times. In the end, two individuals did end up bringing water to the table. One of them had the nerve to tell us that we should be asking the same server and not asking multiple people. I had to explain to him that the reason why we asked multiple people is because it took so incredibly long for it to come. And, we couldn't find our previous server because he disappeared to another section.
They tried multiple times to use my card for payment. It kept saying error and the gentleman stated that it was due to issues with their wi-fi. When I asked him to just make sure that it didn't go through multiple times, he had such a nasty attitude.
Two other tables experienced similar situations. One gentleman actually got into an argument with a staff member because he was waiting to pay his check for so long.
I'm sure this place makes money. I'm sure the food has people coming back and it seems to be one of the better food options around. Perhaps they were overwhelmed that evening and this was an anomaly but based on my experience they do not know how to run an efficient restaurant when busy. read more
