Nice hospitality and a fairly decent selection of Habanos with fair pricing. The downside is that their staff have very limited knowledge of their cigars. I have been to about 30 La Casa del Habanos worldwide and this was the first one that also sold non-Habanos cigars which I found really odd. I would give this LCDH a 3.5 star rating but will round up to 4 because the hostess was very pleasant to our group when we sat in their lounge to smoke and have drinks. read more

After all, a cigar is meant to be enjoyed. No need to pay right away. They'll run a tab for you and you can worry about those kind of things later. I was happy to see that a Habanos was nearby. What a shame. As soon as I walked in I was met with the most negative attitude. I was not allowed to walk into the humidor and look at the selection. The male assistant asked me why I needed to look at the selection? Did I not know what I wanted, he asked? I stated that I wanted to browse and choose from what struck me. He insisted that I look at the cigar menu and review the prices as I might not be inclined to purchase after seeing the cost of the cigars? I asked for clarification as to what he was implying. He stated that they may be beyond my level of affordability! insane! Have not had this experience at other Habanos or any other establishment. The Dubai Habanos experience was amazing. The worth service I've ever experienced. Some local teens came in right after me. Salesperson completely ignored me and went straight to service those guys. Although I meant to buy a box of ciglios. When I asked him for assistance he negated with irritating voice that I must wait until he is done. No service and no class. It's definitely their loss. I meant to purchase the whole box worth $500.00. Believe me what I am saying, I've never been picky. There was a lovely young cuban lady in her mid 20's who helped decide what to chose from their small sized-well packed humidor. as an aficionado i would like to give an advice before buying stogies from them,always check your cigars before buying it,I've noticed the Cohiba supremos limited edition 2014 and all the behikes especially the 54 are OVER HUMIDIFIED !!!!! so be careful while doing that otherwise everything is perfect.
