I expected this place to have an incredible BTG list -- they should probably have more of a Coravin program to offer some of their fantastic bottles BTG. Service was alright... friendly enough, though our server knew surprisingly little about the wine list, so asking questions felt like a bit of a hassle for her. Vibes are trendy, leaning towards "rich hipster." Not necessarily a bad thing, as that is what I'd expect at a world-famous natural wine bar. A couple of ham and cheese croquettes (just €1.20 each, I inhaled two, you *must* get at least one) and some bread with tomato (rustic bread that's rubbed with tomato for just a hint of flavor and grilled) and I was in heaven. The shredded confit duck sat on top of a beautiful fresh salad with tiny raspberries. One of the rare occasions I didn't feel the urge to ask for salt and pepper.
