I'm already addicted to their products and can't wait to purchase another pot. My first purchase was a copper pitcher and cups. They are the perfect addition to any meal and the pitcher keeps the water cool even without ice. This is one of the many advantages to copper. It conducts heat evenly as well as cold. I've made some of the best soups of my life in these amazing pots and can't wait to try a chili in there soon. The price is reasonable for the product and craftsmanship. The shop is quaint and the owners will share the history if you ask.

Eventually the shop just owns them if they aren't purchased. This particular shop has a ton of options. Way too many for a quick walk through. Even if you know what you are looking for you really have to hunt through the store. So, give yourself plenty of time if you are on a hunting mission and check the dates. After 30 days you can usually ask for a discount.

The purses are top notch and there is so much work that goes into each design you will be amazed. They are all hand-crafted and each aspect of the purse is created from a template and then made into a metal cutter and then hand pressed into the leather before it is sewn. It is a fascinating process and truly worth a stop in. The prices are incredible and there is a section in the back of last season purses that you can't beat the prices on. They had everything from man bags to leather bound art pads. I really loved one of the leather bound books that had nice stock paper inside and an antique looking latch to close the book. My husband and I have been looking for a good guest book for our new home and I think I've found the one that I want in this store. They also had gift wrapping paper and cards for all occasions. The staff was very friendly and ready to accomodate in English as much as possible. I would reccommend stepping inside if only just to smell the leather and take a peak at what they have to offer. I will be sure to post a photo of the book upon my return.

I really got a sense of the town at this market, because it is literally in the middle of the town (it's set up around the town square), and it's literally where residents go to buy stuff each week. Be sure to bring cash when you visit the mercato -- I didn't come across any stalls that took credit cards.
