Unfortunately, a few cons that outweigh the pros- next to NO veggies in the meals (3 pieces of broccoli or asparagus isn't enough), only deliver on Wednesdays, food has a weird texture and consistency (may be from vacuum sealing it while it's hot), and the flavor overall is lacking. I was also bummed that despite being so "clean", they are package in plastic. I didn't mind not "picking" meals every week (just the # of them), but a lot of people may have an issue with that. They state that it' is an organic farm, so you will get local and fresh. I found their meat to be very chewy. And their vegetables were not cooked or severely undercooked. I like my vegetables al dente and I had to put the spaghetti squash in the microwave for six minutes just to get it a decent texture. Also, the first day we had broccoli rabe or broccolini, and it was literally raw and not good. Their broccoli was very under cooked as well. Plan on cooking the veggies most of the time separate from the meat due to veggies being pretty raw. So if you want to eat organic food, that's grown local - so they claim, this might be a good way for you to go. I found the food macros to be off significantly and no consistency in the meals. They also say they only get local or wild caught, and one dinner they had salmon. It was not sockeye salmon, nor did they state where the salmon came from or what type it was Out of the three meal companies that we tried, this one was the worst. They delivered a little after midnight and they do not put an ice pack in the bottom of the bag, just on top which was thawed by the time my husband woke up to get the bag at 5am.
