Swoons is the only shop I\ve tried and they are lovely people working there. I do want to sample all the gelato in the world if I can. The best so far was in Athens. Incomparable out of France, Italy, US, England but not once was disappointed or refused samples. I hope someone in power on the Council gets to read about this discourtesy but I suspect the server was just having a bad day at work. I've never seen such long lines of people waiting patiently for gelato as in Bath.

And when you walk through its doors you'll see how authentically fifties this sweet shop is.
