Dependable shop for you're smoking needs. They have different types of hookah flavors including starbuzz, fumo, and alfakher. Prices are very similar to most smoke shops in the area. Customer service is okay, the employees usually have good recommendations and try to help you find what you're looking for. At times I feel like they hover over me when I'm trying to choose a flavor...But otherwise clean and fully stocked shop! Definitely my go to in the area. Bought e cigarette ($80+) that they suggested. Worked find for two months. After that I went there to replace filter and they gave me the one that's not compatible to mine. So I had to go back and buy different one (that they recommended) and that one didn't work either. I was soooooo frustrated and went back again. They recommended the new BETTER e cigar, so I bought the new one. AND IT DIDN'T LAST FOR 2 DAYS!!! Conclusion: I spent almost 200 dollars in 2 months for e cigar that's not working. DO NOT GO THERE! I THINK THEY ARE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE MONEY!!! read more

Amazing customer service Came into this shop as a stop on my way home just to kill some time and ask questions about my damaged vape mod. The staff was was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great prices and selections on vape juice, I even left with a new mod and for once didnt feel cheated on the total. I bought some shisha from here. It was obviously old, no smell or flavor. They offered me a half empty used bag of their personal stash. Proper business etiquette is replacing bad product. The are plenty of smoke shops around, don't risk it by buying from here. read more

I cannot explain how terrible my experience was yesterday. There's this guy who works there who is pretty new because I've been coming to this smoke shop for 3 years now and never had a problem. I witnessed the guy cus out a customer who was old and foreign because he threw trash in the wrong bin I had to step and call this guy out he harassed me by calling me names. I'm so angry that I had to experience this situation in my own hometown. The owner needs a new staff because the other over weight guy who works there stepped in and instead controlling his fellow employee he stood up to his wrong doing because he said they were friends. I had came to purchase a stove in order to light my coals for my hookah. I was recommend a specific type by the employee. As I have no knowledge which type is better, I put my confidence in them. With less then a handful of times of using this stove it blew up and almost damaged my chairs. As I called to obtain some information on how I can replace this product or return it, they had stated this product is temporary and that nothing could be done about this. Just wondering why they would recommend this product if they knew it's a poorly manufactured. read more

Really great people work here and their selection is fantastic. I don't smoke hookah but many people I see in this shop do, and they are always buying the big beautiful pipes and attachments, there seems to be a big selection here.
