I went there maybe about 6 or 7 times and during every occasion they never wore a mask. 3 of those they seemed very annoyed that I was there and not very helpful when I had questions. The last time I went there the guy didn't smoke so he didn't even really know anything at all. I would also like to make a note that, I think they may be selling fake disposable vapes because I got some disposables that did NOT taste like the flavor AT all... It actually just tasted like burnt butter... I'm pretty sure that's not a flavor, lol..... We didn't notice this until we got back home so we had to go back the next day to see if we could get a refund or at least an exchange. In not so many words they basically called me crazy, albeit in the nicest way possible...... They refused the refund and wouldn't even offer me an exchange or anything. They said it was because I hadn't opened it right there in front of them which I totally understand, but they also followed that up with the fact that they had just had the same flavor and it tasted fine to them. Even though they were nice about it, I still felt like they just didn't want to accept any sort of responsibility and we're willing to blame the customer before taking responsibility for selling bunk/cheap/fake items. I will give them this, they were willing to exchange the vape when I tested it in the store in front of them if it had failed or whatever, but I also like to buy more than one and also I buy for my significant other as well, so I would rather not open up like 8 different vapes and test them all there. Honestly, their prices are a bit high anyway so that was really the last straw for me. I really wanted to give them a chance because I thought maybe it was just the worker on whatever corresponding day it was that had a bad day or something.. I dunno.. But after the 7th crap experience at this vape shop, I gave up on them. read more
