The food was delicious--probably one of the best meals we had in Huatulco. There was a power outage just before we arrived, but after a 20 minute walk around the area, we returned to the restaurant and things were back to normal. The staff were friendly, helpful and upbeat, even with the added stress. We all ordered fish which was delicious, perfectly prepared and presented. I would highly recommend Rotoco and look forward to returning.

We came for their famous smoked meats for dinner. Which the cooking area with the big smoker is in plain view for patrons to see them hard at work preparing the food.
