Your husband signed on no return, no refund policy. 3. You are the  loser if it escalates to  legal dispute,  since your husband signed on the no refund policy on the receipt. ( I doubt if they have other receipt form  with " you may return and may get refunded  any time " ) But she told me  that she will refund via credit card company since it should be refunded  through  credit company. I came  home waiting and waiting for 3 months.  I called  her phone only to get a text message saying " I ll call you back right away"   After  several text messages I ve got   repeating the same message of " I will call you back right away" , I realized that it was not her real intention to do it.  It was  only a  finger stroke that means "  I am busy . Don't  call me" , the same way she scolded in front of me .    I know if it were customized one, I can't  ask for refund. But  the one I bought was someone's  wig, which was   returned  and hanging on the display for who knows how long.  If the advertisement is the real true , it should have made after  measured  and hand maded .
