So just from the nail inspiration I wanted to find a nail place that gave me what I was feeling from the photograph, a meditation zone, a mini vacation, some earthy vibes, a peace of mind. So out of all the places I came across I chose this one, mainly because my baby nephew name is Mason, but then I looked into the website and it felt amazing just from its art , the style of nails. The appearance everything. And randomly walking in and getting paired with "yuki" she was amazing. A friendly host, we chatted a bit, but honestly her vibe was so peaceful you didn't even want to ruin the moment, her silence was peaceful enough. I sat in the middle row so I had views of outside just taking in the city and the scenery, amazing vibes. I would highly recommend trying this place out. I called within a week to let them know, and I was told the repairs would be done at no charge as long as I reported it within that timeframe. I was also advised to take photos to document the date in case I couldn't come in right away. When I came in today, I was told I would be charged because I had gel builder, as if a gel builder manicure is only expected to last four days. I showed the picture and let them know what I was told, unfortunately they do not keep their word. This was very disappointing and completely inconsistent with what I was originally told. To make matters worse, after fixing the nails, the staff did not help me find a color that matched my existing nails and instead rushed me to "make a decision." The entire experience felt unprofessional and customer service was clearly not a priority. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me why I stopped coming here in the first place. It seems the focus is more on making money than on standing behind the quality of the work or taking care of customers. I left feeling disappointed.
