I've been a BGMG girlie for a while. Im 44 and wanted a little mid life touch up of a few places lol! I recently went back in for a 360 lipo, plus neck and chin lipo w Dr. M. I am so beyond pleased with my results! He is the absolute best! His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to create the right shape is rare, appreciated and amazing. And just as amazing is the staff inside the medical building. The stars are for the surgery center. The med spa upstairs is a very different story. They were so rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I came in 2 days after surgery for a lymphatic massage, in a lot of pain and very uncomfortable and they were beyond unhelpful and rude. It felt like i was a burden and i had to hunt down help twice and tear them from their own conversations so i could find my massage therapist, who disappeared right after the massage, to tip. I actually own a day spa know how they run. And the way they treat their clients is unacceptable. The Med Spa upstairs gets -5 stars read more

So saw their promo online via Instagram for their back to school special. Booked an appointment and was super excited. Their location was a bit of a drive but I was so excited after looking at the results via Instagram. Once there, parking was relatively easy. I go upstairs. Sign it. My appointment was for 9:15 am. I sit patiently and I see a lot of small unsupervised kids playing around in the lobby. ( no big deal I love kids. But where are your parents) After 45 minutes of waiting I go up to the desk and tell the lady I would like to reschedule since I've been waiting for so long. She quickly went on her calendar and looked for other availabilities. Not once did she apologize for the wait or inconvenience. I asked if this was normal and she just smiled. Upon leaving the area I asked other girls if this was normal and they said yes. Typically they wait an HOUR for their appointment. Then I came on yelp and saw they had an old location with a ton of negative reviews. So I'm kind of glad I left. read more

The staff that was helping me out, instructed me to walk in my underwear to go to the next room while they are preparing for my room. They reasoned that they ran out of towels in a FREAKING SPA and nobody will come to the clinic anyway but I was so uncomfortable. Also, they were about to give me a different treatment, if I didn't mention it, they will not do it. But still what they conducted is different from what is in the contract. Not a good service. Not coming back for sure. Previous ladies who used to provide services are gone. Good for them. Treat your customers equally, just because some of your customers are not wearing some branded outfits, doesn't mean you can treat them like crap or whatever. read more

You're suppose to do this laser treatment more than once a week but with my busy full time job I can only go once every few weeks. First time at this Med Spa. I have had Botox before but this place is THE BEST! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and at ease. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. They even moved my appointment up to an earlier time at the last minute to accommodate me. Caroline did my Botox injections and I didn't feel a thing! She listened to exactly what my desired results were and advised me on exactly where and how much Botox was needed to achieve this. Laura was so informative too!
