He asked to take the dog back and give mE a new one; as if the damage to my dogs health esteem was ok. Anyway, don't fly to Canada. Don't wire Perry money. don't sign any shady contracts (he gives you a bad dog and then says you have 3 month to PROVE you need another). Don't even hear him out. A guy who treats dogs this bad isn't to be trusted.

When we started looking for a training program for Ruby last year, she was very dependent, anxious around other dogs, and struggled with listening to commands. When we were first introduced to the trainer Harmony, she was very kind and attentive and we knew she would make a difference in Ruby's learning experience. We loved reading through Ruby's report card at the end of each day and seeing what new things she learned! One of the best parts of Pack Pawsitive's programs is the digital resource library where we can refer to handouts and videos that throughly explained how we can continue to train Ruby at home. Roel took Bumi in and was so patient with Bumi, he and his team really worked wonders with Bumi. From when we adopted him to now, it's a night and day change.
