They even put on 80's music on for me while I underwent my procedure. It was my first time with laughing gas, so we had ourselves a pretty hilarious time while I was getting my tooth drilled. LOL, I've never had such a fun time at the dentist before! I'd been recommended to Dr. Stewart by my stylist, Dana Lowe. I highly recommend her, too! The person who answered the phone at Harrison Dental was very unfriendly and the minute I mentioned the military she became unwilling to even listen. Surprising that they wouldn't even consider putting us on a list or try to assist considering the very large population of military families in the area. This office is a complete mess from start to finish…read more Despite my mom calling ahead of time and clearly explaining that my sister would be bringing me, the receptionist still stopped us mid-paperwork to interrogate my sister and then flat-out said I would not be getting my teeth cleaned unless a parent physically showed up. No attempt to problem-solve. No professionalism. Just attitude. Because of THEIR incompetence, my dad had to leave work just to come sign papers that should've been handled before we even arrived. It somehow got worse once I was taken back. I was moved between three different rooms because none of their X-ray equipment was working. While I was being bounced around, staff openly complained to each other about how many rooms they "had to clean" and even said things like, "She wasn't really in here, so we only have to wipe it down." Hearing staff talk like that about sanitation while you're literally the patient is beyond uncomfortable and honestly disgusting. The dentist was the only pleasant part of this entire visit. Everyone else -- especially the receptionist -- was rude, dismissive, and acted like patients were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. Zero organization. Zero communication. Zero respect for patients' time. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

The ENTIRE staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing! We checked in promptly at 7:55 for our 8am appointment and had a brief wait until we were both brought back to the exam rooms. My X-ray tech was professional, friendly and not only did he explain the process he also asked me if I had any questions. Next was my hygienist and again she was friendly, professional and also asked me if I had any concerns or questions. The billing office was the same, professional, friendly and explained everything as well. Not sure why all the negative reviews here on Yelp when the reviews on their website (Google) are much, much more positive. I would recommend these folks should you need dental work. When we got back to our car I asked my husband how his visit was and he had the same opinion as I did and he had different staff members than I did. This "new" person, in my opinion, is moving the office backwards instead of forward. I have received more than enough phone calls from her concerning matters that have already been taken care of. Believe me, if the finances weren't dealt with Heather would not be getting her implants. Maybe it's just me, But to tell the truth, this new person is working my last nerve. I'll visit yelp tomorrow after Heather's next appointment and tell you all about it. Hopefully the paper work will go as smoothly as the procedure always does.
