They always get it fixed and they do it quickly. I recommend this place 110%! One of the main reasons we come here is because they do everything. From breaks, to oil, to engines, batteries, everything. They even do custom fabrication and bed liners. We've had our trucks Bed lined here. I tried to jump my car, but it didn't work…read more I called JC's, and they were at my apartment within 30 minutes (I lived near the UTRGV campus - pretty close to them). Before anything else, he tried to jump the car himself. It still didn't work, so he hooked it up to the wrecker. I had a franchised auto care place picked out, and we were on our way when he recommended a smaller, closer shop (Joe's Master Service Center). They were able to see me immediately, and everything worked out great!

This morning I contacted Capital Towing LLC in Harlington, TX to tow my Jeep to a local dealership…read morealso in Weslaco TX as I was in a horrible mess.  They sent me an invoice (upfront) and I paid my bill for services as they charge in advance which I thought was strange but I trusted them.  I was in contact with the business by phone and driver by phone and text message. We spoke over the phone and messaged several times.  I waited for the driver at the entrance.  There is a $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot.  I never saw the driver or flatbed tow truck.  I repeat, I was in contact with the driver by phone and text message multiple times. I called the company when the driver failed to show up and they claim they cancelled the tow because of the $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot. I waited at the gate and would have paid the $2.00 or re-embursed the driver the $2.00. I certainly was not going to make a huge deal for 2 bucks. But I never saw a flatbed tow truck and they never called me even though we spoke previously several times.  I had to call the company and they told me they cancelled the tow and my $169.95 charge was non-refundable.  I explained I never saw the driver and was at the gate watching for him.  They basically said "too bad" and he's already been rerouted for a different pickup.  I even texted with the driver but then my calls wouldn't go through.  I assume he blocked me.  Understand, I was not rude. They claim its over the $2.00 charge to enter the parking lot I would have definitely paid and was there to pay. It's not right to charge for a service you don't preform and refuse to refund the clients money. I trusted them in good faith to preform a service I paid for in its entirety upfront. They cancelled the agreement, (not me) and refused to credit me back my money claiming they there is a "no refund" policy. I'd never consider using these scumbags in the future under any circumstance. ADDITIONAL INFO: I called another local towing company (Steel Towing) and they were there within 20 minutes. He charged me after the Jeep was delivered to the Jeep service dept before he unloaded. He sent a pic of the Jeep on his truck and another when dropped off at the dealership. And the final charge was considerably less. FANTASTIC SERVICE.

They made sure I was safe and took great care in my car. Rather then risking break off a pin head where the thread was gone they towed it for me in their flat bed to where I wanted it repaired. They showed up shortly after being notified by my roadside assistance. If I needed a tow I would use them again.

We were driving an older small Ford Ranger and the spare wasn't easy to reach. They tackled the job, put the torn tire back where the spare had been. Both men were wonderful and so nice to visit with. We had just moved to Weslaco and they shared places to eat. GREAT service!
