Though the employee said they'd cancel it in April because I was sick, I was still charged for an extra two months even though I did not attend any classes in that period. On top of that, I had had other incidents renting mats, where the same owner told me I could not pay with a card, and was upset because I did not have a two dollar coin. Yet, other times I was there I had done so with the help of other employees. Would not recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful, welcoming environment to practice yoga.

If you have ever been to a "follow the leader" yoga class you will have discovered that one size does NOT fit all. Not only did Mike's practice teach me how to do yoga that has quantifiably improved my fitness and helped me recover from chronic shoulder, back and hip injuries but he has given my the knowledge and understanding to recognize those practices that might be harmful to my joints or tissues. Practice with Mike has resolved my wife's chronic knee problems to the amazement of her orthopedic surgeon. I cannot recommend the studio highly enough. The practise space and changing areas are above ground-level and they are bright, spacious and clean. The studio itself is a great environment and it is a very positive atmosphere for yogis of all levels.
