Turns out our leaking coolant WAS their issue and should have been repaired(a simple tightening) under warranty. Absolutely useless.

I had a disappointing experience at Rush Truck Center in Whittier today around 4:00 p.m. I came in…read morelooking for a shock absorber for my Peterbilt seat. The employee assisting me asked another parts employee, Jose Romero, for help. Jose located the correct part on the computer, but the dealership did not have it in stock. I politely asked for the part number only because I needed to find it somewhere else as soon as possible. This is an important part for my semi-truck, and I needed to get the truck ready to work tonight. Jose appeared reluctant to give me the part number. After eventually providing it, he said to me in front of other customers, "Why are you always coming here looking for part numbers and you never buy anything?" I felt embarrassed and disrespected by his comment. I have been a loyal Rush Truck Center customer for more than three years and have spent thousands of dollars purchasing parts for my trucks. I was not asking for a part number to waste anyone's time. Rush did not have the part available, and I urgently needed it to get my truck back to work. Speaking to a longtime customer that way, especially in front of other customers, was unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better customer-service training so other customers are not made to feel unwelcome when asking for legitimate assistance.
