It's a cute place and an amazing spot. But I'm not sure if this was what I was expecting. I ordered a smoothie that was dairy free and it was really runny. The texture and consistency of it just wasn't pleasant. They ran out of all the ingredients for how they make the other type of smoothie I was told. I've been trying to come here forever so since I was near I said I would not leave without getting something. The price was expensive too. I paid about 9$ for a smoothie that was just Italian ice cream and honey? I will maybe try again, but not sure. read more

I'm absolutely stunned by the amount of time I have to wait for someone to take my order, AND THEN the amount of time I have to WAIT for them to execute the order, everytime I come here. I've been here for twenty minutes now, waiting for something as simple as one scoop of Superman ice cream. It almost took as long to get one scoop of ice cream as it did for our entire dinner at modern Greek. On top of that the staff is rude. I hate coming in here. If it wasn't for my toddler, I wouldn't. Found this place while walking around town. My husband ordered a drink and a gelato. The place is cute, there's a cute wall for photos and a few tables inside. They have some pretty good looking desserts that I'll probably try next time. read more

Family of 7 always come here but won't be coming back after our visit on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 evening time. I believe the employee " Nadeen" or whoever the girl training was. Was told by the other employee to sniff my dad's pomegranate juice while it was in his cup. Which also tasted watered down ( we've gotten it several times" also just had a weird taste like it was bad. The employee then turns her back towards the corner and we could swear she took a sip of the juice to try it. Later when I brought up the issue I was told the employee was told to smell it to see if it was " good"... what about being sanitary?!! I hoped the manager would investigate the issue to see if she took a sip, then put a lid but they didn't seemed to considered. Then, my mom was served coconut icecream instead of the Ashta flavor. When she told the staff, they didn't believe it. The heavy set girl employee starts smelling my mom's icecream not kidding!! And stirring the icecream with my mom's spoon to see the flavor. Then they noticed it was indeed the wrong flavor like what?! Just change it the first time! Your mistake! The ice-cream was melting rapidly like water. My brothers ice-cream was also melting and the napkin they put was stuck all over the cone. He threw away the cone and asked for a cup instead, same with my mom. This neveeeer happens like I said we always come. This time the stafff was just really nasty. Touching their phones and faces then the icecream. Attitude problems, not professional at all. Highly disappointed. They gave us an item worth 7$ for free for the inconvenience, but we never want anything again especially for health concerns. No way everyone's order was a fail except the mini pancakes..maybe open a mini pancake shop instead. read more

Biscoff gelato in the biscoff cone...come on! Truly a delicious treat. The menu and items are vast and a bit intimidating to be honest, but everything was good. Tried the waffle with vanilla and pistachio gelato and crushed pistachios. read more
