Located just off the Ohio river behind the parking lot of what former was Rocky's on the river (I'm still sad that they closed that place down). Very cool idea that If they decided to they could continue to grow as there is more panels of the wall going down the parking lot. Makes for a fun and quick lol see and a really cool honor for local legends.

This mural pays homage to two iconic Italian women who were actresses and were two of Hollywood's earliest Sex symbols. Admittedly I was more familiar with Sophia Loren (thanks to watching grumpy old men movie growing up) then I was Gina Lollobrigida. Either way this is a cool mural and great Tribute to both women. The artist who did this bright and colorful mural is named Damon Thompson. He is a local artist whose work is popping up all over the city. He appears to specialize is murals of celebrities. This is another cool one to add to hai list of murals I've seen. Overall very great and wonderful piece that sticks out. Saint Mathews is a very popular area but does not have much public art. So maybe this piece will inspire more.

Based off the name I personally associate an old fashioned with the Bourbon drink but that does not seem to be the case for this mural. Overall it is always fun to come across the alley gallery murals whenever I am in downtown Louisville.

The Stone Head Rack Sculpture in Louisville is straight-up weird, but in a good way. It's three big…read morestone heads stuck on poles, just hanging out on the sidewalk like they're waiting for something that'll never happen. You're not totally sure if they're art, bike racks, or just some kind of prank--but you kinda love it anyway. It's goofy, a little creepy, and totally different from the usual stuff you see downtown. You might not trust it with your bike, but you'll definitely stop and take a picture. Weird? Yes. Cool? Also yes. I'm here for it.

It feels energetic and modern, like it matches the vibe inside--not stiff or traditional golf at all. I docked one star only because it's a little busy in spots, but overall it's creative, memorable, and a cool backdrop that makes the place feel lively before you even walk in.
