When we arrived the restaurant was pretty full, I believe it's a good idea to reserve but there is lots of seating so it shouldn't be a problem. I had the Trio: langoustines, pétoncles, crevettes and he had a plate with crab, shrimp and a coquille st jacques. He of course had the entrée of shrimp bang bang and I had the crevettes à l'ail gratinées. His shrimp bang bang were definitely worth the drive and the rest of my food was pretty awesome as well. The crab, however, was definitely not fresh and was kind of squishy but we are no where near an ocean so I can't expect miracles. The waitress was really nice and the food came amazingly fast. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and are craving some seafood and you should give their shrimp bang bang a try while you are there, you won't regret it.

Under COVID, Canton Brasse is doing curb-side pickup for their growlers which is probably pretty fun if you're looking to pick up some brews along your journey in the Eastern Townships. We tried the smoothie, the DIPA, the kviek and the sour IPA. By far, the sour IPA (pointe de tarte) was the most notable- we ended up grabbing two growlers to take home with us. Of course there's a $5 deposit for the growlers but apparently certain Montreal breweries will take them, should you be returning to the city. I dropped one star because while staff was very diligent in cleaning the place and amending service for decreased contact (for example, menus are online only), the terrasse tables are pretty close together, which made the busy terrasse space feel kinda unsafe.
