The view here is magnificent. I have very little recollection of exactly what i ate. The starter was a seafood type of veloute with one single giant raviole in the center. It definitely made me want more - it felt more like an amuse bouche than an entree. The main, i think i had the cod but i dont even remember eating it. Their cocktails are decent. i wasn't a fan of their desserts, despite having had two different types, one of which was too tangy to finish.
It is a fantastic place to take a date and a great place to do some parisian instagram if you are self-designated off-the-beaten-path gem seeker. The restauranteur/chef of La Haut has a name in the food scene, and has many nice restaurants opened in the haut de seine region, all of which are lauded. i love the ambiance here and the cuisine is fine. If you are tired of restaurant hopping in central paris, this place is really not that far off the beaten path. read more
